## Meme-like RWA & ART

Make RWA Trendy by Meme & Art.

By utilizing the Meme launch model, the market can assess the value of artworks and other real-world assets, enabling valuable assets to gain early traction and liquidity.

The RWA sector is full of opportunities but also faces numerous challenges. Key pain points include regulatory and compliance issues, insufficient liquidity, technical and operational risks, and market acceptance. However, the advantages of asset diversification, stable cash flow and returns, market expansion, and innovation potential make RWA one of the most promising sectors in the crypto space.

The **Meme-like RWA** model breathes new life into traditional RWA by integrating Meme culture and community power, creating more engaging, interactive, and innovative financial products. This model not only improves RWA’s market performance but also drives innovation and development in the blockchain financial sector. As technology advances and the market matures, **Meme-like RWA** is expected to play an increasingly vital role in deepening the integration between blockchain and traditional financial markets.

RWA, as a security token of real-world assets, goes beyond merely tokenizing physical assets and issuing tokens. Instead, it involves a three-layered approach: starting from the underlying asset, defining expected return types, and finally executing the tokenization process. A clear valuation framework is essential, distinguishing between real-world value, financial value, and application value to achieve broad circulation and shared prosperity. Based on this principle, **Ultiland**has introduced the concept of **Meme-like RWA**, aiming to create more attractive and innovative financial products.

## Half Van Gogh, Half Satoshi

Ultiland is dedicated to providing artists with a comprehensive and beneficial ecosystem, helping creators achieve a dual enhancement of creative and economic value in the Web3 era. Artists can tokenize their artworks through the **Ultiland**platform, utilizing an innovative RWA issuance and circulation model to enhance the liquidity of artworks and IPs while ensuring token stability. This approach offers artists financial monetization opportunities and substantial appreciation potential beyond their works, ensuring that creations generate real returns instead of collecting dust on shelves.

**No one profits from your work but you and those who support you.**

Through the tokenization model, **Ultiland** not only enhances the liquidity of artistic value but also ensures token stability to a certain extent. All interactions within Ultiland are deeply tied to its economic model, ensuring that the financial mechanisms are not mere add-ons but an integral part of the business logic, making the commercial framework more than just a token narrative.

## ~~Revolution~~ Journey

*"Raising the Flag is Not Revolution, Walking Together is."*

Starting from **artistic assets**, Ultiland extends into **physical and financial assets**, and even into the tokenization of **influence and data**, enabling their seamless trading and circulation within blockchain networks.

Ultiland systematically separates the **real-world value, financial value, and application value** of RWA assets. By employing **diverse Meme launch strategies** and **AI agents**, it allows the market to evaluate the worth of real-world assets like artworks, ensuring that valuable assets gain early popularity and liquidity. With strong market traction, these assets can make their way to **DEX and CEX** with attractive pricing.

Moreover, **Ultiland** is committed to pushing the boundaries of financial innovation, incorporating leverage and liquidity release mechanisms. **On-chain lending** is a natural extension of this vision.

To further this mission, **Ultiland** will introduce the **platform token $ARTX**, putting the finishing touch on the dream of **RWA+MEME+ART**.

Crypto’s artistic achievements have often been overshadowed by financial energy, yet traces of artistic essence remain. Whether viewed as nihilism or a wealth effect, we are not here to lead a revolution—we are here to embark on a journey where **real-world assets find their value in the crypto space**. From the reality of **EveryLand**, or the pessimism of **NoLand**, we aim to guide you toward **Ultiland**.

## **Meme & ME**

*"Meme & ME is the bridge where creators and audiences resonate within a decentralized art ecosystem."*

Powered by Web3 technology, **Memecoin** injects liquidity into artistic creations, transforming them into global cultural symbols. This convergence of **artistic storytelling and Meme virality** creates a unique blend of market influence and emotional depth. Here, the fusion of artistic expression and Meme culture breathes new life into art, amplifying its impact and expanding its market reach.

The capitalized **"ME"** represents the power of self-expression—**Ultiland** firmly believes that **Every Expression Matters**.

## **The Chemistry Between Art and Meme**

Art and Meme are inherently complementary: **Art conveys emotions and narratives, while Meme spreads them rapidly in a fun and engaging manner**. When these two forces intersect within the **Web3 landscape**, they give rise to a **new form of cultural expression**, sparking a unique chemical reaction between **deep cultural meaning and viral transmission**. This synergy not only enhances the cultural depth of art but also **amplifies its market reach** through the power of Meme virality, granting art an unprecedented dynamism.

## **Co-Creating the Web3 Art Renaissance**

In the **Web3 era**, art is no longer a **static expression** but a **multi-dimensional and dynamic cultural force**. Ultiland is pioneering the deep integration of **Art and Meme**, fostering an **open and thriving decentralized art ecosystem**.

Here, creativity is **not just an individual pursuit**, but a **global collective effort**. Ultiland invites artists, creators, and visionaries from all disciplines to **join our global art creator recruitment initiative** and explore the limitless possibilities of Art + Web3 together.

Let creativity and technology intertwine to **shape the cultural DNA of this era!**

# The Brief

{% hint style="success" %}
**Ultiland is on-chain for issuing, trading and unlocking value from ART and IP assets.**
{% endhint %}

ULTILAND is an RWA asset issuance platform with native ART + Web3 dual-DNA, specializing in art asset issuance and trading, dedicated to addressing market pain points in the RWA and digital art sectors.

We aim to build an ecosystem including RWA LaunchPad、Art AI Agent、IProtocol、DeArt Ecosystem.

Starting from cultural IP, Ultiland expands toward all real-world assets, effectively bridging the physical and crypto worlds.

## What do we fight for?

### RWA LaunchPad

Ultiland provides on-chain issuance services for Real-World Assets (RWAs), allowing artists and Web3 enthusiasts to tokenize real-world assets represented by artworks into customized tokens called $ARToken (generic name, customizable). Meme enthusiasts are also welcome—since Meme itself is an expression of performance art. $ARToken can either represent ownership rights or simply reflect asset value. This meme-inspired RWA minting model addresses the speculative bubbles and liquidity issues common in NFTs, freeing real-world assets and artworks from being mere abstract financial tools. By enhancing asset liquidity and market engagement, it introduces diverse and innovative investment possibilities. Additionally, $ARToken incorporates Stake & Trade-to-Earn mechanisms.

Regarding issuance, Ultiland starts with a Bonding Curve model and will continually innovate new, trend-aligned issuance mechanisms.

### Art AI Agent

Art AI Agent brings creativity to AI by merging tokens with artworks. It removes human bias and exclusivity from traditional art authentication, while overcoming Memecoin liquidity barriers and enhancing token value with the spirit of WORLD LOVE. The agent autonomously generates and evolves tokens, integrates them with artworks, and extends their lifecycle beyond isolated memes. Users can opt into a fusion mechanism that matches market cap with artworks, boosting performance. During each DEX surge, the AI merges low-cap meme tokens and artworks to create new tokens or pieces. Users may generate art with AI or upload their own for reinterpretation. Additional features include DeFAI portfolio services and AI Chat Trading for smart financial interaction.

### IProtocol

Ultiland leverages IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) for secure metadata storage of real-world assets, ensuring data integrity through CID hashing and breaking cross-chain silos. Smart contracts seamlessly integrate multi-chain ecosystems like Bitcoin and Ethereum, driving real-world asset digitization and empowering creators and investors. Utilizing inscriptions and NFTs, Ultiland transforms intellectual property into blockchain assets, streamlining management and monetization. Programmable IP automatically handles licensing and royalty distribution, fostering innovation. IProtocol integrates AI with blockchain to support AI content generation, while ensuring creators retain full control of their work. Blockchain’s transparency and immutability protect IP rights, allowing artists to secure asset verification directly on the Bitcoin network, while IPFS ensures permanent copyright preservation. IProtocol automatically generates copyrights, manages IP Keys and Licenses using ZK+AI technologies, enabling effortless trading and discovery of art and IP assets globally without cumbersome registration processes—ushering in a new future of IP management.

### DeArt Ecosystem

This is a visionary blueprint for building cultural and artistic IP within the Web3 ecosystem, dedicated to providing users with a secure, transparent, and efficient experience in digital assetization. The platform is powered by smart contracts to ensure fairness and eliminate trust costs. From NFTs and in-game assets to domain names and crypto collectibles, it enables the on-chain transformation of real-world art and IP assets, achieving decentralized issuance, ownership, and trading. It also supports multi-chain interaction and is compatible with mainstream wallets, empowering users worldwide to easily participate in the Web3 art revolution.

### SAE and RWA Oracle

• SAE (Special Asset Entity) provides transparent and impartial asset appraisal, ensuring true valuation on-chain, preventing manipulation and informational asymmetry. Custody isolation mechanisms separate assets from individual accounts, reducing risks of misuse or loss, thereby enhancing investor confidence. SAE-assessed and custodied assets have all information (ownership, valuation, legal documents, etc.) stored immutably on-chain, ensuring transparency and legal compliance.

• RWA Oracle verifies and provides real-world asset data, ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of on-chain information.

### Web3 Art Services

Ultiland delivers decentralized auctions, asset authentication, and appraisal services, not only completing the commercial loop for RWA issuance and lending but also addressing transaction, authentication, and appraisal needs for on-chain and real-world assets. Additional blockchain-powered art creation tools and diverse art-related business services nurture a fertile ground for new-era artistic creation, better supporting the commercialization and financialization of digital art.

# The Drop

In the silence before all things, language had yet to take form,

and expression was but a faint and chaotic whisper.

The world had not yet found a way to speak of itself—

and the Muses, quietly, began to murmur.

They did not rule with divine power, nor bind with rigid laws.

They stood watch over inspiration, in the stillest corners of creation.

Nine goddesses, guardians of every artistic current—never possessors, only givers.

They knew: true creation does not arise from power,

but from a flicker of instinct—a soft gleam at the start of poetry,

an echo of thought, the unsaid part of you and me.

So they infused their brilliance into their fingertips,

and between the folds of time and space, gathered it into a single, flawless drop.

That drop—neither water nor flame, neither god nor word.

It did not dazzle, but illuminated the future;

it had no weight, yet bore the gravity of belief.

And they cast this drop of inspiration into the open emptiness of the world—

not into dust, nor into stars.<br>

This was the divine drop.

The unfinished intention of the Muses.

The light of legacy, etched onto the chain.<br>

In silence, it rippled—

awakening the unnamed realms of thought.

It did not destroy, nor did it create—

it awakened:

the hunger to express,

the possibility to resonate.

The first ripple of that drop became a lake—the Lake of Inspiration.

It did not merely carry emotion,

but expanded meaning.

Not just an echo,

but a call for connection.<br>

On the surface of that lake, thought moved like waves, will like sails.

Those who resonated gathered; those who created, met.

Art no longer sank into oblivion—

from a single idea, it flowed onto the chain,

becoming immortal through the attention it received.

Thus, creativity became asset,

sharing became productivity,

and interaction became identity.

The Lake nourished all things,

shaping a new world for you and me—

a world without bounds.

It is said that in the beginning of the cosmos,

before anything had spoken,

before colors had names,

inspiration drifted as a single drop of light through the depths of the universe.

That faint glimmer cut through chaos and void,

casting its reflection upon a yet-unnamed continent,

within an unformed frame.<br>

It had no voice,

no weight,

yet it passed gently

through the stone carvings of prehistory,

through the golden gaze of Egypt,

through the ink strokes of the Shanhai Jing,

through the fire dances of African totems,

through the quiet charcoal dust of a Renaissance studio.

The light traced the frame—

and from it stepped a goddess.

She was the Muse.

She did not exist to be worshipped,

but to awaken the instinct to create.

She never showed her form,

but kindled every great human expression.

She passed through time,

swept across the dawn of civilizations.

She whispered to Van Gogh and spun his starry nights.

She lit Monet’s water with reflections.

She signed Duchamp’s Fountain,

danced within Warhol’s cans,

and sat in meditation across Beeple’s 5000 days.

She is inspiration.

She is ignition.

She is the divine drop that cannot be owned,

yet defines the point where all value begins.

But in that age, inspiration could only be admired,

recorded—never owned,

never exchanged.

Its value sank into time,

its light faded,

its meaning unclaimed.

To turn a page in history is to leap a thousand years.

Drop by drop, this light scattered across the seas,

nourishing civilizations, mingling with starlight—

until it gathered again.

And today,

the drop falls once more—

not onto canvas,

not onto paper,

but onto the chain.<br>

Ultiland built a lake for this drop of light—

a lake of contracts, of creativity, of origin.

When light touches its surface,

the droplet becomes spirit.<br>

The lake becomes canvas—

but what unfolds is not text,

but ripples of hash and consensus.

Each ripple becomes strokes of ink—

K-lines in motion,

pulsing with the heartbeat of art.<br>

These are no longer lines of market greed,

but traces of inspiration,

rhythms of the soul,

the value etched by a global chorus

affirming the creative self.

Creators around the world are awakening.

A phrase, a picture, an IP, a melody—

even a moment of resonance—

can now be minted into ARToken.

Inspiration becomes code, becomes certified, becomes immutably recorded.<br>

These tokens converge into ARTX,

enter liquidity pools,

and become units of tradeable value.

The movement of tokens is the rise of inspiration.

Every address is a spark of expression.

In the canvas of markets,

art now leaves a trace—

in the heartbeat of price lines,

art breathes again.

These are no longer vague concepts of creativity—

they are assets,

they are production,

they are expressions priced and recognized.

And all of this—

needs no permission.

sets no threshold.

Kingship does not need divine right.

Value needs no disguise.

The Muse turns her head,

her gaze echoing millennia—

and whispers: Finally.

Create—

and you shall produce.

Resonate—

and you shall release.

Ultiland is a digital lake,

formed by light from inspirations across the globe—

the source and the destination

of all creative assets on-chain.

Each drop of light

flows in from tens of thousands of wallet addresses,

from Hong Kong, New York, Tokyo, Paris, Beijing, Milan—

from symphonies and dance,

from opera, verse, graffiti, and rap—

and lands in the heart of the lake,

rippling endlessly,

building a continent of inspiration on-chain.

And from this new land,

new drops rise again,

falling back into the world—

to ignite every soul.

From Every Land To Ultiland.

Creativity no longer wanders.

Inspiration is now claimed.

This drop is not merely divine—it is you, it is me,

it is this triple-axis frame,

it is the totem of Ultiland.

It is the line of light in creation,

the scale of value,

the direction of flow.

<summary>What is Ultiland and what does the platform do?</summary>

Ultiland is a native Web3 issuance platform for art and IP assets. It supports the on-chain provenance, issuance, trading, and application of assets such as artworks, antique collections, fashion design, and IP rights.

</details>

<details>

<summary>When was the platform launched? What is the team’s background?</summary>

Ultiland was established in 2023 and launched its testnet in March 2025. The team comes from the fields of art, technology, Web3, and finance, with members based in Hong Kong, North America, and Southeast Asia. The team has long been deeply involved in blockchain, cultural arts, and the creator economy.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What is RWA? How does Ultiland implement RWA for artworks?</summary>

RWA (Real World Asset) refers to the tokenization of real-world assets on-chain. Ultiland enables the efficient and low-cost issuance of tokenized assets through its RWA Launchpad, covering artworks, IPs, antiques, collectibles, and brands—turning them into truly tradable on-chain assets. Additionally, the platform integrates an AI-powered valuation and copyright protocol (IProtocol) and an RWA Oracle, bringing real-world assets practical application value within the Web3 ecosystem.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Which blockchain is Ultiland deployed on?</summary>

Ultiland is currently deployed on Base and will expand to BSC and other multi-chain ecosystems to support a wider range of users and liquidity.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What is Ultiland’s long-term goal?</summary>

To build a world-leading Web3 art issuance platform by constructing the Ulti-RWA framework that integrates asset value, financial value, and application value; to activate the $6.2 trillion cultural and art IP market through tokenization; and to deploy the L.A.I.D on-chain matrix for asset tokenization, including Launchpad, AI Agent, IProtocol, and RWA Oracle.

</details>

II. Token System (ARTX & miniARTX)

<details>

<summary>What is ARTX?</summary>

ARTX is the sovereign asset of Ultiland, designed for value settlement, governance participation, and ecosystem-level coordination. It serves as the foundational value anchor for the entire system.

The ARTX total supply is fixed and has no direct minting or additional issuance entry. All new supply is released exclusively through miniARTX conversion, ensuring structural scarcity.

At launch, 157M ARTX is allocated to ecosystem development, incentives, and liquidity deployment.

An additional 123M ARTX will enter the market gradually through the release of miniARTX (generated via creative mining and staking participation).

</details>

<details>

<summary>What is miniARTX and how is it related to ARTX?</summary>

miniARTX is a 1:1 escrowed rights asset of ARTX and the only pathway for ARTX release.

All circulating ARTX originates from the miniARTX unlocking process.

Structurally, the relationship can be described as:

miniARTX records contribution; ARTX represents final value recognition.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What is the intrinsic mechanism connecting miniARTX and ARTX?</summary>

miniARTX and ARTX function as an interdependent dual system.

miniARTX is an escrowed proof-of-contribution asset, where every unit of miniARTX corresponds to a unit of yet-to-be-released ARTX. It represents future rights yet to be unlocked. Users may release ARTX via slow linear unlocking or accelerated unlocking, which simultaneously triggers ARTX buybacks and price-supporting actions.

This means the unlocking mechanism is not merely a distribution method.

Each unlocking action directly strengthens ARTX price foundation and liquidity depth through forced market contribution.

Additionally, all platform revenue is fully allocated to buyback + burn + liquidity injection to build sustained ARTX support.

This forms a closed-loop engine:

Unlock → Buyback → Burn → Supply Reduction → Token Appreciation

miniARTX incentives → ARTX value reinforcement → Ecosystem growth cycle

miniARTX is no longer “just a token.” It is the production right + value interface of Ultiland, powered by participation rather than speculation. It supplies the economic fuel and establishes a real value-driven chain economy.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why do many people say miniARTX is more valuable?</summary>

Because it cannot be purchased directly — it must be earned through real participation.

miniARTX determines how many ARTX + ecosystem opportunities + governance privileges a user can obtain.

Those who hold miniARTX hold future ARTX production rights, priority allocation, and strategic advantages within the system.

And this is still only the earliest phase of the model.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How is miniARTX vested into ARTX?</summary>

By default: 200-day linear release.

Accelerated: Users can reduce the release cycle to 100 days, which also triggers ARTX buyback and burn mechanisms.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What are the utilities of miniARTX?</summary>

miniARTX can be used for:

1. Releasing ARTX
2. Joining staking pools for token-based yield
3. Binding identity levels
4. Triggering incentive mechanisms
5. Gaining priority access to platform benefits and ecosystem rewards

</details>

II. RWA Issuance Mechanism & Incentives

<details>

<summary>What is Ultiland’s issuance mechanism?</summary>

Ultiland allows users to issue culturally- or IP-backed meme tokens, known as ARTokens, which simultaneously realize RWA asset issuance and merge asset value, financial value, and application value into one.

This system features both mining incentives and identity rights—making meme tokens more than hype. They become dynamic carriers of art and liquidity—what we call “Meme-like RWA.”

After issuance, once the bottom pool receives funds equal to the asset’s valuation, the issuer may withdraw 50% of the asset’s value in USDT, plus an equivalent amount of tokens (subject to vesting and linear unlock). This enables rapid monetization.

After monetization, funds (minus costs) return on-chain and are managed by smart contracts. Token holders can choose to swap tokens for USDT or hold them for appreciation. Even if token prices drop to zero, holders can still redeem them for the asset’s USDT value, forming a price floor and investment buffer.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How much does it cost to issue a token? What services are included?</summary>

Current issuance fees are either 5 or 100 USDT, corresponding to Free-style and RWA modes.

Depending on the chosen mode, services include: asset provenance & evaluation, contract deployment, pool construction, real-time trading, mining production, token incentives, and full-stack support.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How does the platform earn revenue from token issuance?</summary>

Ultiland takes a portion of the issuance fees and trading fees, and enhances its ecosystem value through the dual-token loop (ARTX & miniARTX) and DeART economic system.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What benefits do players get from issuing tokens?</summary>

Issuers, traders, and promoters all earn computing power (Inspiration), which grants miniARTX mining rewards.

They also unlock higher identity tiers and access generous referral rebates, airdrops, token launches, and more diversified earnings.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How is Ultiland’s issuance mechanism different from platforms like pump.fun?</summary>

Ultiland is not just a meme launcher—it is purpose-built for RWA issuance.

Here, issuers can tokenize and monetize their assets quickly and securely. Investors engage with real, asset-backed projects with a price floor and predictable return structure. Promoters earn incentives for their contributions.

Meme is the wrapper. RWA is the foundation. Our goal is to tokenize both art and value.

We aim to realize four objectives:

1. On-chain provenance and issuance
2. Transparent asset backing
3. Rapid monetization
4. Investor security

If pump.fun is a meme playground, Ultiland is an RWA museum.

Ultiland goes beyond one-off launches—it fuses artistic monetization, meme momentum, and RWA underpinnings, creating a win-win-win system for issuers, investors, and promoters.

</details>

IV. Earning Opportunities

<details>

<summary>How can users earn money on the platform?</summary>

1. Buy early in the pre-sale and sell at higher prices
2. Release/accelerate-release miniARTX into ARTX
3. Mine miniARTX through various activities
4. Earn fun and lucrative referral commissions
5. Participate in RWA LaunchPad token launches
6. Trade miniARTX in OTC markets, which often offers high premiums

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I still earn without being a creator?</summary>

Absolutely!

Simply by trading, inviting friends, supporting IP & RWA projects, accelerating releases, or joining staking pools, you’ll earn “Inspiration Power” (算力), which entitles you to token rewards.

Every transaction and referral generates Power. Participation equals earnings.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What are the advantages of Ultiland’s tokenomic model?</summary>

* A dynamic supply-adjustment model (VMSAP)
* Release speed can be accelerated
* All ecosystem revenue is used to buy back and burn ARTX

This forms a “Produce more → Price rises faster” value flywheel.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How do staking pools work?</summary>

Each staking pool requires a different amount of miniARTX and has a fixed return cycle.

They generate daily stable yields and high-value returns.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How are all activity rewards calculated?</summary>

Based on the Power model (Inspiration Power), every action—trade, share, create—generates Power.

The more Power you have relative to the network, the more miniARTX you earn.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can miniARTX be transfer?</summary>

Yes, free transfer is supported, but a 30% ecosystem tax applies (allocated to ARTX buyback and ecosystem incentives).

This is not a dead cost, but a mechanism to co-build liquidity, ensuring miniARTX carries real economic weight and value anchoring, and that output contributes to ecosystem participation rather than short-term arbitrage.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How can I acquire miniARTX?</summary>

miniARTX is highly scarce and can be earned through staking pools and Creative-Mining mechanisms.

However, once earned, it gradually releases into ARTX over time.

To meet future market demand for miniARTX, ARTX→miniARTX conversion will be opened, with a dynamic burn mechanism applied to conversions.

# Tokenization

## ARToken RWA Issuance Mode

### 1. Initial Parameters

#### Issuance Fees

• 100 USDT fixed issuance fee at launch;

• After fundraising is completed, the platform charges 3% of the total raised amount as the backend issuance service fee.

#### Total Token Supply

* 1,000,000 – 1,000,000,000 ARToken, freely determined by the issuer.

#### Token Price

* Asset Valuation ÷ Token Supply

#### Issuance Method

* Uniform-price subscription, ensuring all participants enter at the same cost basis.

#### Completion Conditions

• When the amount raised reaches 5% or more, the issuer can trigger the Muse Point at any time;

• The moment fundraising reaches 100%, Muse Point triggers automatically.

#### RWA Anchoring Logic

* Asset valuation is conducted jointly by UltiLens AI and certified third-party experts, with results stored on-chain;
* At Muse Point, the underlying asset is placed under platform custody and becomes legally attached to token holders;
* ARToken functions as the claim certificate of the asset's economic rights (commercial revenue, resale proceeds, ticketing, etc.);
* 100% of future realized asset revenue (net of applicable fees and costs) is injected into the liquidity pool in USDT form, used to repurchase and burn ARToken, providing long-term market liquidity support;
* The initial liquidity pool is formed by 5% ARToken + 5% USDT, enabling baseline trading. When asset revenue enters the pool, a liquidity redeployment and restructuring process will be initiated.

***

### 2. Fundraising Allocation

At Muse Point, all unsold tokens are returned to the issuer.

#### Fund Distribution Structure

* 5% → Initial LP Incentive Fund (The calculation is based on the initial issuance valuation and the total supply of tokens set at the time of issuance); 5% → Underwriting Commission (referral rewards, deducted from the issuer's share)
* 90% → Issuer's revenue; An additional 3% platform issuance service fee is charged on the total amount raised at Muse Point.

Meanwhile, 5% of the ARToken received by each investor is automatically contributed into the LP pool (token side). This is paired with the issuer's reserved 5% of fundraising proceeds, which are used to directly purchase ARTX (capital side), jointly forming the Initial Liquidity Pool with ARTX — establishing the initial on-chain market price and long-term liquidity foundation.

### 3. Issuance Process

#### 3.1 Pre-Launch

A preview announcement of the ARToken issuance is published. The duration of this phase is determined by the issuer.

#### 3.2 Subscription

The ARToken subscription period lasts a maximum of 90 days.

* During the subscription period, if the total amount raised reaches 100% of the fundraising target, or the issuer manually triggers the "Muse Point", the project is deemed successfully subscribed and proceeds to the next phase. The offline transfer process of the underlying asset is simultaneously initiated.&#x20;

Upon successful subscription, the miniARTX mining cycle is calculated as: Actual subscription days + 30 days

* If the 90-day subscription period concludes without reaching the fundraising target, and the issuer has not manually triggered Muse Point, the project is deemed a subscription failure. The platform will delist the corresponding ARToken, refund all principal and transaction fees to subscribers, and no referral commissions will be distributed.

In this case, the miniARTX mining cycle defaults to the maximum duration: 90 days + 30 days = 120 days

#### 3.3 Trading Phase

Upon successful subscription, ARToken enters the trading phase.

In Phase One, the platform constructs the initial liquidity pool using 5% ARTX + 5% ARToken, providing baseline trading depth and a price discovery environment for ARToken.

Once the underlying asset has been liquidated offline and an official announcement is published, the proceeds — net of applicable fees and costs — will be deployed within 24 hours into the corresponding ARToken's UltiGallery liquidity structure.

These funds are not simply injected into a single pool. Instead, they serve as the core liquidity of the UltiGallery Programmable Market Corridor, constructing a layered market structure comprising a base absorption layer, a mid-range trading layer, and an upper exit layer.

The UltiGallery mechanism then officially activates, leveraging its programmable market corridor to optimize price discovery, liquidity absorption, and orderly exit for ARToken following asset realization.

### 4. Creative Mining

During the ARToken subscription phase, users can earn Ins.Power through subscribing, trading, and holding ARToken. Ins.Power measures a user's contribution to Ultiland RWA asset issuance and liquidity building, and serves as the primary basis for miniARTX incentive distribution.

#### a. Subscription Power

Subscription Power is calculated based on the USDT value of a user's actual subscription amount.

Data is recorded daily at UTC 00:00. Every 100 USDT worth of ARToken subscribed earns 1 Ins.Power.

#### b. Trading Power

Trading Power is calculated based on buy transactions only; sell transactions are excluded.

Data is recorded daily at UTC 00:00. Every 100 USDT worth of ARToken purchased earns 1 Ins.Power.

#### c. Holding Power

Holding Power is calculated based on the average ARToken balance held in a user's address.

The system performs 10 random balance snapshots per day and uses the average as the valid daily holding amount. Every 10 USDT worth of ARToken held earns 1 Ins.Power.

#### d. Data Aggregation & Reward Distribution

Subscription, trading, and holding data are aggregated on a daily basis. Users participate in miniARTX incentive distribution based on their cumulative daily Ins.Power.

Data snapshot: UTC 00:00 daily

Reward distribution: UTC 16:00 daily

### 5. Fundraising Referral Rewards

#### Referral Structure

* When an investor participates through an invitation link, the inviter receives 5% of the issuer's fundraising revenue as a referral commission;
* The inviter may be the issuer themselves or any external promoter;
* Rewards are claimable after Muse Point.

#### Source of Funds

* Referral rewards are deducted from the issuer's fundraising revenue and do not affect investor token allocation or token price.

#### Non-Referred Subscriptions

* The commission portion from non-referred subscriptions is counted as platform revenue, allocated toward market promotion and ecosystem expansion.

***

### 6. Fee Distribution

**Before Muse Point — Trading Fee: 2%**

* Platform: 50%
* ART Leader Bonus Pool: 40%
* ARTX Buyback & Burn: 10%

**After Muse Point — Trading Fee: 0.2%**

* Platform: 50%

> *\*ARTX, as the platform-level settlement asset, derives its stability and liquidity from the combined support of Ultiland's ecosystem-wide trading activity and asset repurchase mechanism.*
>
> *\*All phase-based rules (such as sell-side stabilization mechanisms) are automatically triggered and deactivated by smart contract conditions, without any human intervention.*

# About UltiGallery

### 1. Overview

UltiGallery is a two-phase AMM pricing mechanism designed for asset-backed token systems.

By combining a Real Pool and a Virtual Pool into an Effective Pool, UltiGallery provides a smooth, predictable, and fully absorbable price discovery curve for large-scale token exits after the underlying asset has been fully liquidated.

This mechanism is also referred to as the Virtual × Real UltiGallery (Virtual + Real UltiGallery).

The core objectives of UltiGallery include:

* Enabling full absorption of large-scale token sell-offs without relying on excessive real liquidity;
* Providing a complete, continuous, and interpretable buy-side price curve once sufficient consensus and trust have been established;
* Transforming residual value into incentives for early actions, while maintaining overall system solvency;
* Directly mapping real asset liquidation outcomes to token exit and trading experiences, rather than relying on arbitrarily defined prices.<br>

UltiGallery is activated only after the underlying asset has been fully liquidated and does not participate in pricing during the fundraising phase.

***

### 2. Core Invariant

During Phase II (the UltiGallery phase), the system strictly follows the constant product invariant:

effectiveUSDT × effectiveARToken = K

Where:

effectiveUSDT    = realUSDT    + virtualUSDT

effectiveARToken = realARToken + virtualARToken

#### Important Notes

* In the buy-side curve segment:\
  \- realUSDT = 0\
  \- virtualARToken = 0\
  \- Buyers always receive real ARToken
* In the sell-side curve segment:\
  \- Sellers always receive real USDT (or its equivalent asset -> ARTX)<br>

The value of K is determined at the moment UltiGallery is activated and remains constant throughout Phase II.

***

### 3. Phase I: Pre–Muse Singularity

#### Purpose

Phase I exists to provide minimal tradability and price reference before the asset is fully liquidated.

#### Mechanism

The system deploys a standard AMM pool using:

* 5% of ARToken
* 5% of USDT (or its equivalent asset -> ARTX)<br>

This pool is used solely to:

* Provide basic trading functionality
* Establish an initial price reference for the market

#### Important Clarifications

* Phase I does not provide exit absorption guarantees;
* It does not define final exit prices;
* It does not affect the price path of ART Curve in Phase II.<br>

Any remaining USDT (or equivalent asset) after Phase I may be settled and migrated into Phase II.

***

### 4. Phase II: UltiGallery Activation

UltiGallery enters Phase II once the following conditions are met:

* The underlying asset has been fully liquidated;
* Liquidation proceeds have entered the system and been settled;
* UltiGallery activation conditions are satisfied (see the voting mechanism below).<br>

***

### 5. Determination of the Real Pool

At the start of Phase II, the system determines two immutable real parameters:

#### 5.1 realUSDT

* The actual USDT (or equivalent asset) obtained from asset liquidation;
* Including any remaining balance migrated from Phase I, if applicable;
* Collectively referred to as:<br>

TotalAvailableUSDT

This represents the real liquidity available for absorbing token exits during Phase II.

#### 5.2 realARToken

* The quantity of ARToken remaining unsold at the start of Phase II;
* This value is fixed at activation and no additional tokens are issued.<br>

***

### 6. Virtual Pool

To prevent steep price declines caused by limited real liquidity, UltiGallery introduces virtual reserves:

* virtualUSDT
* virtualARToken

#### Properties of Virtual Reserves

* Do not represent real assets;
* Are non-withdrawable and non-transferable;
* Participate only in price calculation;
* Exist solely to shape a smooth and controllable price curve.<br>

Virtual reserves enable the system to simulate deep liquidity using limited real capital.

***

### 7. Construction of the Effective Pool

UltiGallery pricing is based on effective reserves:

effectiveUSDT    = realUSDT    + virtualUSDT

effectiveARToken = realARToken + virtualARToken

The constant product is therefore:

effectiveK = effectiveUSDT × effectiveARToken

This value defines the complete price path of UltiGallery.

***

### 8. Sell-Side Mechanics of UltiGallery

#### 8.1 Sell Execution Logic

During Phase II, all sell actions follow UltiGallery:

1. The user sells ΔARToken;
2. effectiveARToken increases by ΔARToken;
3. A new effectiveUSDT is calculated based on invariant K;
4. The user receives:<br>

ΔUSDT = effectiveUSDT\_before − effectiveUSDT\_after

***

#### 8.2 Characteristics of the Sell Curve

* Prices decrease continuously and smoothly as selling progresses;
* No cliff-like price drops occur;
* Early sellers receive higher marginal prices;
* Later sellers gradually approach the predefined terminal price.<br>

***

#### 8.3 Theoretical Maximum Absorption

Through mathematical derivation of UltiGallery, the following value can be determined in advance:

ART\_Curve\_Total\_Payout

This represents:

The total amount of USDT (or equivalent asset) theoretically required if all remaining ARToken are sold.

This value is deterministic and verifiable.

***

### 9. Morning Pool

#### 9.1 Formation of the Morning Pool

The Morning Pool is not pre-allocated.

It is derived as the residual value after guaranteeing full exit absorption:

MorningPool =

TotalAvailableUSDT − UltiGallery\_Total\_Payout

This ensures that:

* Exit absorption is always prioritized;
* Incentives never compromise system solvency.<br>

***

#### 9.2 Reward Coverage

* Each 950 ARToken constitutes one reward tier;
* A total of 100 tiers;
* Covering 95,000 ARToken;
* Representing 10% of total token supply.<br>

Only the earliest 10% of sold tokens are eligible for Morning Pool rewards.

***

#### 9.3 Relationship Between Rewards and Sell Proceeds

For early sellers, total returns consist of:

Total Return =

ART Curve Sell Proceeds

\+ Morning Pool Rewards

* Earlier exits receive higher prices and larger rewards;
* Later exits receive only sell proceeds;
* All exits occur along the same curve.<br>

***

### 10. Buy-Side Mechanics: Dual-Segment Curve Structure

#### 10.1 Buy Constraints

* Buy operations consume realARToken only;
* virtualARToken can never be purchased.<br>

***

#### 10.2 Threshold and State Transitions

At the moment UltiGallery is activated in Phase II:

* The system determines an opening price based on real-time conditions;
* This price serves as the boundary threshold between the buy-side and sell-side curve segments.<br>

Rules:

* If the current price ≥ Phase II opening price:\
  \- The market operates in the buy-side curve segment;
* If the current price < Phase II opening price:

&#x20;     \- Indicates that sell actions have occurred;

&#x20; \- Buy operations occur within the sell-side curve segment.<br>

Buy and sell actions may interleave freely.

The invariant K remains unchanged.

***

### 11. UltiGallery Activation Conditions

UltiGallery activation is governed by a community voting mechanism.

* Each 1 ARToken represents 1 vote;
* Once votes reach 10% of total token supply:

&#x20;     \- An activation countdown is triggered;

&#x20; \- ART Curve enters Phase II 24 hours later.<br>

This mechanism ensures that:

* Activation reflects the collective will of token holders;
* The system does not prematurely enter the exit phase.<br>

***

### 12. ARTX Trading Pair and Value Reinforcement

After asset liquidation, the system introduces ARTX as the primary trading pair asset for ARToken, reinforcing ARTX’s utility and value capture.

Key rules include:

* Asset liquidation proceeds are used to purchase ARTX at real-time market prices, which then serve as the trading pair for ARToken;<br>
* During Phase I:

&#x20; \- The 5% USDT originally used for pool construction\
&#x20; \- Is likewise converted into ARTX for pairing;<br>

* USDT is used in documentation solely as a value-denomination reference;\
  \- In actual operation, ARTX functions as the core value-bearing asset.\ <br>

Through this mechanism:

* ARTX becomes the value hub connecting asset liquidation and token trading;
* UltiGallery simultaneously enables exits while strengthening real use cases and value capture for ARTX.\ <br>

***

### 13. ART Curve Performance Analysis

This section describes the theoretical return ranges and risk boundaries of UltiGallery under representative scenarios.

All results are derived from mathematical modeling and curve simulation and are intended for mechanism understanding rather than profit guarantees.

#### 13.1 Baseline Scenario: Par-Value Liquidation, No Phase I Trading

Assumptions:

* The asset is liquidated at its evaluated price;
* During Phase I:

&#x20;     \- No significant ARToken buying or selling occurs;

&#x20; \- The initial realUSDT and realARToken relationship for Phase II remains unchanged.\ <br>

Under these conditions, theoretical results for Phase II are:

* Maximum investor return: 1077.84%
* Break-even or better ratio: 63.3%
* Maximum loss (worst case): 7.85%\ <br>

In this scenario:

* Most participants can exit in the early-to-mid curve region;
* Price behavior remains smooth with clearly bounded tail risk;
* No structural insolvency or absorption failure occurs.<br>

***

#### 13.2 Impact of Phase I Trading Activity

If ARToken trading occurs during Phase I, it affects Phase II’s initial state by altering:

* The relationship between realUSDT and realARToken;
* Consequently affecting:

&#x20;     \- effectiveUSDT

&#x20;     \- effectiveARToken

&#x20;     \- The derived value of K.\ <br>

In relatively extreme but computable cases where Phase I includes:

* Selling approximately 50% of pool tokens, or
* Buying approximately 50% of pool tokens,\ <br>

UltiGallery remains structurally valid, with theoretical outcomes as follows:

* Maximum investor return range: 1405.99% – 1495.19%
* Break-even or better ratio: 63.3% (unchanged)
* Maximum loss range: 6.79% – 8.39%<br>

Key points:

* Phase I trading does not undermine UltiGallery’s absorption capability;
* Its effects are primarily limited to:\
  \
  \- Redistribution of returns;\
  \
  \- Minor tail-risk variation under extreme conditions.\ <br>

***

#### 13.3 Notes on Performance Data

All stated returns, break-even ratios, and loss figures are:

* Based on the UltiGallery mathematical model;
* Derived under specific parameters and assumptions;
* Obtained through curve simulation and calculation.<br>

Actual outcomes depend on, but are not limited to:

* Real asset liquidation prices;
* Market behavior in both phases;
* Participant timing and order sizes;
* On-chain execution and liquidity conditions.<br>

Accordingly:

All figures are for mechanism understanding and risk evaluation only.

Actual results are determined by on-chain execution.

***

### 14. Mechanism Summary

UltiGallery delivers:

* Smooth and predictable exit pricing;
* Fully covered sell-side absorption;
* Early incentives without compromising system safety;
* Clear separation between pricing and incentive mechanisms;
* Deterministic behavior verifiable through mathematics and simulation.<br>

It transforms asset liquidation from a single outcome into a tradable, game-theoretic, predictable, and consensus-driven exit process.

# Insight

There are too many sparks of inspiration trapped at the edges of paper,

delayed by juries, worn down by procedure,

ground into dust by waiting.

Ultiland refuses to watch creators linger outside closed doors.

ARToken opens a path where inspiration never needs to bow:

No permission. No waiting line. No begging for approval.

Your thought is the spark that ignites a universe;

a single token is the ironclad proof that your work exists.

Where ordinary tokens wait for value to land,

ARToken lets value land by itself.

The future revenue of real assets no longer disappears into the pockets of issuers,

but flows endlessly into the AMM pool,

like a tide that never stops lifting the surface of the sea.

This is not a story about price.

This is price carried by real, continuous cash flow.

Investors no longer gamble on luck, fight for whitelist scraps,

or bleed out on slippage.

They enter at one unified price,

hold future revenue as their shield,

LP rewards and Inspiration Mining as their spear,

and walk through markets with both an exit door and an upward ladder.

Liquidity providers are no longer sacrifices sunk at the bottom.

They hold the key of time;

locking liquidity earns them long compounding rewards,

each second accumulating power,

each day turning future into present.<br>

Issuers no longer fear incomplete funding rounds.

Sell much or sell little, they still receive guaranteed capital;

unsold tokens do not vanish in silence

they remain with the creator, remain with the work itself,

preserving both value and dignity.<br>

And the platform is neither god nor judge

only a riverbed that lets value circulate freely.

Fees, underwriting rewards, buybacks, burns, and circulating returns

become the blood of the ecosystem,

where every trade triggers the next tide.

Here, no one is a spectator.

Every subscription sends ripples into the future.

Every token minted is a footnote in history

and a spark waiting to catch fire.

Ultiland is not just a tokenization tool;

it is a new way to narrate value:

*To let tokens grant liquidity to assets,*

*and let assets breathe soul into tokens.*

To let creation cross the storm without waiting for coronation.

If someone asks what Ultiland brings,

the answer is not technology, not a product, not a mechanism,

but this:

To give inspiration the right to exist on-chain.

To give every work a place to belong.

To let value shine through real movement,

instead of swelling through empty stories.

# Next

Ultiland’s research division will continue refining its token issuance architecture, pushing innovation across pricing curves, token models, and advanced functional mechanisms.

#### 🔸 ARTmeme Mode

A hybrid issuance model that fuses Meme-level propagation speed with RWA-backed value anchoring

* Art Curve × Weighted Growth Path: Token price evolves with participation, cultural heat, and asset revenue, creating a controllable scaling trajectory instead of FOMO-style pumping.
* Emotion × Cash-flow Dual Engine: Community momentum drives spread; real asset income continuously flows into the AMM pool to provide price support and eliminate hollow Meme risks.
* Token-to-Revenue Binding: Ongoing distribution and liquidity return ensure pricing is supported by real cash flow rather than speculation.
* RWA Liquidity Loop: Issuance, trading, buyback, and recycling executed fully on-chain to form a self-reinforcing value cycle.
* Multi-trigger Mechanism: Sales, heat metrics, and on-chain behaviors act as trigger nodes that dynamically adjust pricing and reward distribution.
* Transparent & Explainable Price Path: Reduces volatility-driven collapse, producing a clear and comprehensible value discovery process.

This module becomes a foundational layer for Web3 cultural-asset issuance, enabling a new form of expression where “Art = Liquid Finance.”

#### 🔹 CypherX Mode

A modular issuance engine tailored for advanced creators and project teams, offering full customization capabilities:

* Supports dynamic AMM systems and custom pricing curves
* Flexible configuration of initial token distribution and vesting plans
* Comes with built-in tools for airdrops, burn mechanisms, referral rewards, staking yield, and phased unlocking

CypherX returns control of the issuance process to the creators, allowing every token to define its own growth trajectory and market dynamics.

# Recruitment

# Ulti-FAM | ARTX Trading Incentive Program

Ulti-FAM: The Power of FAMILY and the Method of FAMING

Work and earn together, *FROM EVERY LAND TO ULTILAND*

Ulti-FAM is an incentive mechanism based on ARTX spot trading volume. Users, communities, studios, and KOLs generate trading volume on designated pairs to accumulate **Ins.Power**. This allows them to participate in mining and receive miniARTX output. Participants with promotional abilities can earn Ins.Power commissions through a referral structure, increasing their mining share and amplifying rewards.

Unlike simple volume inflating, Ulti-FAM treats trading as a contribution. Ins.Power is generated from trades. Based on this power, the daily miniARTX output is distributed. All rewards come from real trading behavior, not airdrop games.

#### **Output Mechanism Explanation**

All ARTX trades (buy or sell) contribute to a user’s **Ins.Power**. The **Ins.Power** then participates in the daily miniARTX output pool distribution, based on the share of power in the network.

**User’s Daily Output = Total Network Daily Output × (User’s Ins.Power / Total Network Ins.Power)**

The referral structure uses a commission mechanism. When a lower-level user generates **Ins.Power** from a trade, their higher-level referrer receives 10% of that power as commission. This commission is added to the referrer’s **Ins.Power** and included in the daily output calculation.

#### **Market Incentive Structure**

The program is open to community organizers, KOLs, and studios for market support. Subsidies and rewards are available only to organizers and managers, not to regular users.

**Transaction Cost Subsidy**

To encourage real trading volume during the event period, Ultiland will provide Gas and PancakeSwap fee subsidies to community managers participating in Ulti-FAM:

* **Weekly Budget for Each Community/Studio:** 100U / 300U / 500U (based on community size, subject to review)
* **Usage:** Gas fee subsidies, transaction fee rebates, activity promotion incentives
* **Requirement:** The community or social media account must feature the **ULTILAND** name or logo.

***

#### **Activity Gameplay #1 | Super Week | Leaderboard Rewards**

Super Week is the main sprint phase for Ulti-FAM, open to all participants. Rewards are based on the ARTX trading volume generated by the community. ARTX and USDT rewards will be distributed based on rankings.

**Reward Pool Size:**

* **Weekly Reward Pool:** 5000+ equivalent USDT

**Ranking Rewards:**

| Rank     | Reward                               |
| -------- | ------------------------------------ |
| 1st      | 2,000U                               |
| 2nd      | 1,000U                               |
| 3rd      | 500U                                 |
| 4th-10th | Remaining 1,500U equally distributed |

* Rankings are determined by the total trading volume during the statistical period.
* The reward amount may vary each week.
* Participants must bind their wallet to the Ultiland DAPP and submit their community’s (@ultiland\_info) main wallet address (must be a Binance non-custodial wallet address).
* The top 3 individual participants will each receive 10,000 ARTX.

**Super Week Promotion Support:** To ensure active participation, Ulti-FAM will provide direct promotional budget support:

* **First-stage budget (issued immediately upon participation):** 200U
* **If the trading volume target is met (top 20 on the leaderboard by the end of Super Week), an additional 300U will be issued.**
* **If the target is not met, no additional reward will be given.**

***

#### **Value Path:**

* Trades generate **Ins.Power**.
* **Ins.Power** is used for miniARTX mining.
* Promoters earn 10% commission from the **Ins.Power** of lower-level participants, accelerating their output.
* Communities compete in the Super Week leaderboard based on trading volume.
* Gas and transaction fee subsidies help reduce participation costs.
* Promotional rewards are distributed to the most influential organizers, in USDT and ARTX.

Ulti-FAM is not a simple "pump and dump" activity. It builds a rights loop around trading behavior:\
Participants create value through trades, earn output with **Ins.Power**, and expand rewards through promotion.\
While Binance Alpha rewards points for similar trading behavior, Ultiland offers real mining power and assetized returns.\
The value of trades doesn’t disappear; it is captured and turned into long-term rights for participants.

**ULTILAND FAMILY FAMING**

# miniARTX Gameplay Mechanism Overview

A Daily Incentive Settlement System Based on Wallet Behavior and Ins.Power

### 1. Mechanism Overview

miniARTX is a **behavior-based output token** within the Ultiland ecosystem. It cannot be purchased directly. Instead, **it is automatically settled and distributed by the system on a daily basis**, according to predefined rules and users’ real on-chain participation.

The entire mechanism can be understood by answering four core questions:

* Who is eligible to be included in the calculation
* How Ins.Power is generated and calculated
* How miniARTX is distributed on a daily basis
* How miniARTX can be used after it is obtained

### 2. Participation Requirement: Only Activated Wallet Addresses Are Counted

All miniARTX calculations and settlements are based on on-chain wallet addresses as the sole entities. Accounts, exchange UIDs, or internal platform records are not used.

To enter the Ins.Power calculation system, a wallet address must meet both of the following conditions:

* It is a **decentralized wallet address**
* It has **completed activation login on the Ultiland dApp(**[**https://dapp.ultiland.io/**](https://dapp.ultiland.io/)**)**

Only activated wallet addresses will be included in the following statistics:

* ARTX holdings
* ARTX buy-side trading behavior
* Ins.Power calculation and daily miniARTX settlement

Unactivated addresses, for example addresses used only for Alpha-related activities without logging into the dApp, are not eligible to generate Ins.Power.

### 3. Ins.Power Sources and Calculation

During this phase, miniARTX **Creative Mining** no longer uses the concept of traditional computing power. Instead, **Ins.Power** serves as the single and unified measurement unit.

Ins.Power is used to quantify real participation in the Ultiland ecosystem and acts as the sole basis for daily miniARTX distribution.

At the current stage, Ins.Power is generated from **two types of behavior only**.

#### 1️⃣ Buy Volume Ins.Power

* **Behavior counted:** ARTX buy-side transactions
* **Scope:** ARTX LP pool on PancakeSwap V4
* **Calculation time:** Once per day at 00:00 UTC, based on cumulative buy volume of the day
* **Conversion rule:** Every 100U equivalent of ARTX buy volume generates 1 Ins.Powe

Notes:

* Only **buy-side transactions** are counted
* Sell volume is not deducted
* No minimum holding duration is required

At this stage, only **ARTX** trading behavior is included. Trading-based Ins.Power for ARToken will be introduced gradually in later phases.

#### 2️⃣ Holding Ins.Powerx

* **Behavior counted:** ARTX held in activated wallet addresses
* **Calculation method:** The system performs **10 random balance snapshots per day** and uses the average value
* **Conversion rule:** Holding ARTX worth 1U generates 1 Ins.Power

Notes:

* Multiple random snapshots help reduce short-term balance manipulation
* More stable holdings result in more reliable Ins.Power output

<figure><img src="/files/L4MB3TfaWgU1r34erSLc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

▶ Ins.Power Aggregation Rule

Both types of Ins.Power are calculated simultaneously:

&#x20;**A user’s total daily Ins.Power = Buy Volume Ins.Power + Holding Ins.Power**

As long as a wallet address is activated and performs either type of behavior, it will contribute positively to Ins.Power.

### 4. Daily Settlement of miniARTX&#x20;

miniARTX distribution follows a **proportional settlement model**, rather than first-come-first-served or fixed allocation.

Each day, the system performs the following process:

1. Determine the total amount of miniARTX to be released for the day
2. Aggregate **the total Ins.Power** of all activated addresses
3. Calculate each address’s **proportion of total Ins.Power**
4. Distribute miniARTX accordingly

Settlement formula:

**Daily miniARTX received = Daily release amount × (Individual Ins.Power ÷ Total Network Ins.Power)**

No manual action is required. As long as the wallet meets the conditions, it will automatically participate in daily settlement.

<figure><img src="/files/EBNkkzFslKGH3I5uKQGF" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### 5. Exchange Purchases and Statistical Scope

#### 1️⃣ Direct purchases on centralized exchanges: Not counted directly

* ARTX held on centralized exchanges is typically stored in unified custodial addresses.
* The system cannot identify the actual on-chain owner of the assets.

As a result, holding ARTX only within an exchange account does not generate Ins.Power.

#### 2️⃣ Recommended approach: Withdraw ARTX to an activated wallet address

Suggested flow:

* Purchase ARTX on a centralized exchange such as MEXC or BingX
* Withdraw ARTX to a **wallet address that has been activated on the Ultiland dApp**

After withdrawal:

* Holding Ins.Power becomes effective immediately
* Subsequent on-chain buy transactions can generate Buy Volume Ins.Power

#### 3️⃣Notes on Binance Alpha

Some transaction formats within Binance Alpha operate under a **semi-decentralized structure**:

* They do not correspond to independently verifiable wallet addresses
* Transaction behavior cannot be accurately attributed on-chain

As a result, these activities are not included in the Ins.Power calculation by default.

<mark style="color:$warning;">Exceptions:</mark>

* Using a Binance Keyless Wallet
* The wallet address has been activated on the Ultiland dApp

Only under these conditions may related behavior be included in Ins.Power statistics.

### 6. Staking Gameplay and Participation Order

The acquisition and use of miniARTX follows a clear sequence:

**Produce → Use**

Using themed staking pools, such as the Picasso-themed pool, as an example:

* Minimum participation requirement: **100** miniARTX

Users must first accumulate miniARTX through **Buy Volume Ins.Power/Holding Ins.Power.** Only after reaching the required threshold can they participate in staking and related advanced gameplay.

Staking pools are not a primary method for acquiring miniARTX. They are one of its usage scenarios.

**In summary, miniARTX is an incentive system that:**

* **Uses activated wallet addresses as the basic unit**
* **Generates Ins.Power through trading and holding behavior**
* **Distributes rewards automatically on a daily basis according to each address’s share of total network Ins.Power**

Only ARTX-related behavior is included. The full mechanism will be expanded gradually in subsequent phases.

# 0. Abstract

As builders who carry the romanticism of Van Gogh and the rationality of Satoshi, how could we not envision the ultimate fusion of art and finance?

Ultiland emerges at this very intersection, powered by a dual-engine of RWA (Real World Assets) and Meme dynamics, unleashing the financial potential of artistic expression while rendering finance as an aesthetic experience. We believe that is not only perceptible but also measurable; inspiration is not only shareable but also ownable.

Amid the rapid evolution of blockchain infrastructure, the tokenization of real-world assets is becoming a structural transformation of the global financial system. Ultiland positions itself as the connective tissue between tangible assets and on-chain economic design, combining Meme-like creative strategies with robust Web3-native mechanisms to shape a new digital economic paradigm.

We offer secure, transparent, and efficient infrastructure for issuance and interaction—empowering users to tokenize creativity, IP, artworks, and more, while participating in a decentralized RWA financial network.

Key innovations include:

Dynamic RWA Curves for Inspiration: Our proprietary *ARToken RWA Tokenization* links the perceived quality of creative work with real-time market demand, establishing a pricing curve to achieve artworks tokenization.

Creativity as Hashrate, Behavior as Production: A composable on-chain power model ties together creation, trading, referrals, and liquidity provision—where mining is behavior-based, release is intent-driven, and incentives remain fair yet flexible.

A Self-Reinforcing 2+1 Token System: *miniARTX* fuels creator incentives and community participation; *ARTX* carries liquidity, governance, and market balance; user-issued tokens extend the system into infinite cultural and financial permutations. Together, they form a resilient, circular flywheel for creation, art\&IP liquidation anchoring, and functional reinforcement.

Ultiland is building an open, composable, and sustainable market for different participants, and curators. We aim not only to unlock the liquidity of real-world assets on-chain, but to inject finance with the soul of art—and empower art with the mechanics of capital.

# 1. Introduction

#### 1.1 Project Overview

Ultiland is a Web3-native platform focused on the issuance, circulation, and application of intellectual property (IP) and cultural assets. Starting with fine art, the platform progressively expands to collectibles, real estate, and other forms of Real World Assets (RWA). Through modular infrastructure and tokenization protocols, Ultiland enables these assets to be verified, put on-chain, and made liquid—allowing their potential to be perceived, defined, and unlocked on-chain.

Ultiland integrates multi-layered technical and financial models—ranging from Meme-inspired launch mechanisms and decentralized evaluation protocols (SAE), to an RWA oracle network—to create a future-oriented asset issuance architecture. Individuals and institutions alike can tokenize real-world assets via Ultiland, enabling tradable, programmable art pathways that also include governance participation, incentive accrual, and new composable business models.

Ultiland is more than a tokenization platform—it is a tokenization bridge between the real world and Web3. Here, art no longer remains aloof, RWA no longer remains dormant, and both inspiration and capital can move freely.

#### 1.2 Vision & Mission

“From Every Land to Ultiland”

Ultiland’s vision is to become the world’s leading platform for on-chain RWA issuance—bringing digital life to physical, artistic, and cultural assets globally.

Our mission is to unlock the full lifecycle of real-world assets—from creation and verification to valuation and trading—through an open, transparent, and decentralized infrastructure. We aim to ensure that every spark of inspiration, every creative output, and every physical asset can be authenticated, fractionalized, and circulated as a digital asset in a fair and participatory economy.

Ultiland speaks with a dual voice: half Van Gogh, half Satoshi—half romantic artistry, half cryptographic precision. We strive to awaken cultural resonance through art and anchor economic systems through finance.

#### 1.3 Core Innovation Principles

**1.3.1 Diversified Asset Types & Use Cases**

Ultiland supports the on-chain issuance and lifecycle management of a broad spectrum of real-world assets—from fine art, collectibles, and music to IP, physical assets, and non-standard equity. Users benefit from a full-stack suite of services: token minting, asset appraisal, decentralized auctions, and AI-assisted creation tools.

**1.3.2 Meme × RWA Model Fusion**

By adopting Meme-like issuance paths, Ultiland lowers the barriers to participation and enhances liquidity activation. This model overcomes the illiquidity and exclusivity issues of traditional NFTs, allowing cultural assets and real-world IP to gain early attention, community resonance, and organic market traction.

**1.3.3 Secure Custody & Transparent Appraisal**

Ultiland introduces a Special Asset Entity (SAE) mechanism to ensure the legitimacy, custody, and valuation of listed assets. Combined with an RWA oracle network, this architecture synchronizes metadata and real-time asset data on-chain—guaranteeing authenticity and immutability across the asset lifecycle.

**1.3.4 Tokenized Incentive-Driven Design**

Powered by a 2+1 token system—comprising ARTX, miniARTX, and user-defined ARTokens—Ultiland drives a multidimensional incentive engine that engages creators, investors, and liquidity providers. This architecture ensures issuance alignment, community collaboration, and unit reinforcement through continuous feedback loops.

#### 1.4 Strategic Direction

Ultiland is a native hybrid of art and Web3, designed to serve as a launch protocol for real-world assets, particularly those rooted in cultural, intellectual, and creative expression.

With the guiding principle of “From Every Land to Ultiland”, we aim to establish a programmable, modular, and multi-dimensional economy for creative assets—bridging the tangible world with cryptographic art RWA systems.

We are currently building five key modules at the heart of the Ultiland ecosystem:

**1.4.1 RWA LaunchPad — Meme-Driven Asset Launch Engine**

Ultiland enables artists and Web3 users to issue on-chain assets such as artworks and collectibles in the form of custom ARTokens (collectively referred to as $BOND). These tokens may represent ownership or market-aligned economic system, providing a programmable gateway to tokenization.

By leveraging Meme-like launch mechanisms and Bonding Curve pricing, Ultiland reduces entry barriers and activates early liquidity—allowing assets to achieve visibility and supply balance from day one. All ARTokens support Stake / Trade to mine(as participation-based contribution metrics), rewarding community circulation and contribution. Additional creative launch models will follow.

**1.4.2 Art AI Agent — A Muse with Memory**

Ultiland’s Art AI Agent blends generative AI with on-chain finance to form a collaborative, creative intelligence layer. Core features include:

* Automatic generation and fusion of tokens and artworks;
* AI-based market-responsive content evolution;
* Creative integration of small-cap Memes during DEX surges;
* Support for user-submitted or AI-generated content;
* Features like DeFAI yield strategies and AI Chat Trading.

This forms a dynamic digital muse ecosystem—warm, creative, and financially composable.

**1.4.3 IProtocol — IP Verification & Cross-Chain Licensing**

Ultiland’s IProtocol is a decentralized standard for IP registration and permissioning. Powered by IPFS, ZK cryptography, and AI indexing, it enables:

* CID-level registration and content hashing;
* Automated royalty enforcement and licensing permissions;
* Cross-chain compatibility across EVM and inscription ecosystems;
* Instant global registration without complex legal overhead.

It serves as the intellectual backbone for artists seeking borderless expression and monetization.

**1.4.4 DeArt Ecosystem — Toward a New Creative Civilization**

Ultiland’s future vision includes the DeArt Ecosystem, a comprehensive environment for Web3-native artistic creation and commerce. It will offer:

* On-chain auctions, asset rating, NFT minting, and derivative trading;

* Community-driven incentives and cultural marketplaces that bridge creation and distribution.

**1.4.5 SAE & RWA Oracle — Grounding Real-World Asset**

Ultiland’s asset authentication layer is powered by SAE (Special Asset Entity) and a decentralized RWA Oracle Network:

* SAE ensures compliance, independent custody, metadata registration, and valuation transparency;
* The RWA Oracle synchronizes off-chain data via timestamps, signatures, and consensus-based updates;
* Together, they form the trust anchor between the physical world and smart contract logic, enabling a secure and reliable tokenization bridge.

# 2. Industry

#### **2.1 Market Overview**

**2.1.1 RWA: The On-Chain Migration of Real-World Assets**

The tokenization of real-world assets (RWA) is rapidly emerging as one of the most transformative use cases for blockchain technology. By converting tangible assets—such as art, real estate, and collectibles—into tradable on-chain tokens, RWA dramatically improves liquidity while expanding the financial expression of traditionally illiquid asset classes.

As of 2024, the RWA market is estimated to have surpassed $800 million in total size, with projections indicating it will reach $1.6 billion by 2025. Compared to highly volatile crypto-native assets, RWAs offer real-world backing, making them attractive for long-term capital allocation and institutional-grade portfolios.

RWA brings structural advantages, including enhanced global liquidity, lower transaction costs, greater pricing transparency, and standardized valuation frameworks for emerging asset types like AI compute, data, and digital-native artworks. However, several critical bottlenecks remain unresolved—most notably the lack of robust asset verification, high trust overhead in on-chain transactions, and fragmented secondary market liquidity.

**2.1.2 Art as Dual-Mode Expression: Cultural Signal and Financial Asset**

The art market is undergoing a fundamental digital transformation under the influence of Web3 and blockchain technologies. The on-chain representation of artistic assets provides unprecedented transparency, broader market access, and new composable financial mechanisms.

According to the Art Basel × UBS report, the global art market is projected to reach $75 billion by 2025. Innovations such as NFTs and RWA protocols enable artists, collectors, and stakeholders to engage with art as both a cultural artifact and a financial instrument. In a post-pandemic context, the logic of art consumption is evolving—shifting from pure collection to a hybrid of ownership and cultural signaling, positioning tokenized art as a dominant narrative.

However, the traditional NFT model has not fully solved the financialization of art. Challenges remain in authenticity, pricing, and liquidity gaps. Ultiland seeks to address these through a Meme-like RWA mechanism, which embeds expressive freedom within a structured financial logic—ushering in a new paradigm where “decentralized art is expression.”

#### **2.2 Opportunities & Challenges**

The development of RWA is not just a strategic imperative—it is the inevitable bridge between the on-chain and off-chain worlds. Yet it is also among the most volatile and structurally uncertain sectors in the Web3 space today.

Core challenges include:

* Lack of trustless appraisal and verification mechanisms;
* Disconnect between off-chain asset states and on-chain representation;
* Absence of user-friendly, accessible pathways for mass participation.

To address these, Ultiland proposes the concept of “Meme-like RWA”—fusing the virality and symbolic expressiveness of Meme culture with the stability and long-tail benefit of real-world assets. This hybrid design injects RWA with narrative power, social engagement, and perpetual reusability.

**2.2.1 RWA × Art × Meme: A Converging Financial Narrative**

Web3 is built upon a trinary structure: Memes (symbolic assets), BTC/ETH (functional assets), and RWA (Real World Assets). Ultiland is building a bridge across these domains—enabling convergence.

A new paradigm for art as an asset: Traditional high-end art suffers from opaque valuations and high transaction friction. NFTs introduced programmability but lacked capital depth and sustained development channels. RWA bridges these gaps by aligning artistic expression with robust financial primitives.

The communicative power of Memes: With their low barrier to entry, high liquidity, and community-native traits, Memes transform RWA from distant and inaccessible assets to participatory, culturally resonant tokens. This is the foundation of Ultiland’s new issuance architecture.

**2.2.2 Meme-like RWA: Unlocking the Financial Potential of the Physical World**

“Meme-like RWA” is Ultiland’s core issuance thesis—an architecture that starts from “Asset → Projected Yield → Tokenization”, then layers on Meme characteristics and social incentives to build a form of RWA that is emotionally engaging, widely accessible, and economically vibrant.

Key advantages include:

* Enhanced PotentialPerception: By wrapping assets in Meme narratives, the tokens gain social stickiness, community endorsement, and retention power.
* Derivative Creativity: Assets become the basis for cultural extensions—Meme NFTs, behavior-based points, remixable formats—driving engagement and velocity.
* Behavioral Yield Design: New forms of incentive mining (via challenges, quests, referrals) transform passive holders into active contributors.
* Dual-Narrative Yield: Combining immediate advantages accrual with long-term projected upside builds conviction and capital alignment across user profiles.

This model significantly improves the attractiveness of RWA while reducing entry barriers—reframing asset participation as a consensus-building process rather than an elite privilege.

#### **2.3 Summary**

RWA is fast becoming the foundational bridge connecting Web3 to the real world. Its core limitations—authenticity verification, market transparency, and liquidity—are not merely technical, but conceptual.

Ultiland’s Meme-like RWA framework introduces a new expressive and programmable language for asset issuance. By integrating cultural memetics, social propagation, and decentralized coordination, it enhances the perceptibility and flow of RWA on-chain.

In Ultiland, art is more than a source of inspiration—it is a medium of financial expression.

Creation becomes liquid. Circulation becomes consensus. Inspiration becomes demand.

# 3. Ecosystem

#### **3.1 Token System**

Ultiland adopts a two-token structure composed of ARTX and miniARTX. ARTX functions as the platform’s governance and utility token, enabling payment of protocol service fees, access to platform functions, and participation in on-chain decision-making. miniARTX serves as a non-transferable incentive token that records user contribution and may be converted into ARTX according to governance-approved release schedules. Acceleration fees paid in USDT are automatically allocated by smart contract to liquidity management and the protocol treasury to maintain operational stability, ensure service continuity, and support market availability. These allocations are operational in nature and are not intended to influence secondary-market prices.

This architecture establishes measurable relations between user behavior, protocol rewards, and resource allocation.

miniARTX can be released in two ways: a default linear schedule or an accelerated release. Acceleration fees, paid in USDT, are distributed by smart contract to the protocol’s liquidity management and treasury reserves to maintain operational stability, ensure service continuity, and strengthen system liquidity. These allocations are operational in nature and not intended to influence token prices.

On the issuance side, miniARTX is driven by user behavior and is distributed based on the Power system, a unified measurement of on-chain contribution. All creative, trading, referral, and promotional actions are converted into *inspiration power*, which is then processed daily by VMSAP (Variable Mining Supply & Allocation Protocol). This model dynamically adjusts the day’s total miniARTX issuance based on platform activity, inflation control parameters, and user participation, allocating it proportionally across qualifying addresses.

Protocol revenues—comprising issuance fees, transaction fees, and network charges—are managed through a budget framework approved by governance. Funds are allocated to four primary functions:

1. Liquidity maintenance and rebalancing;
2. Operating and security reserves;
3. Compliance, audits, and infrastructure costs;
4. Creator and community incentive programs.

All parameters may be modified by governance. The protocol does not guarantee profitability or price outcomes.

This is more than a tokenomic framework—it is a behavioral operating system that links creativity, contribution, and market feedback into an on-chain dynamic engine. Ultiland aims to:

* Convert creative action into production;
* Transform unlocking into measurable activity feedback;
* Internalize ecosystem growth into token valuation.

Ultiland’s token framework is designed for ecosystem functionality rather than speculative investment. All allocations and conversions are governed by smart contracts and community governance and do not constitute commitments to support market prices or guarantee returns.

#### **3.2** Token Utility Framework

ARTX operates as a platform currency and unit of account for Ultiland, including payment of issuance and evaluation fees, access to creator and verification services, participation in governance voting, and settlement of protocol-level transactions. miniARTX acts as an internal accounting unit that records verifiable contribution. Conversion from miniARTX to ARTX enables service access and governance participation and does not imply any expectation of profit.

#### **3.3** Middleware

The Special Assets Entity (SAE) acts as a critical middleware layer within Ultiland’s architecture, providing asset verification, auditability, and risk isolation. SAE ensures that tokenized real-world assets are legally compliant and authentically sourced, thus enhancing trust and offering a reliable investment environment. Over time, SAE will decentralize into a SAE Oracle Network, enabling distributed and verifiable asset validation across chains.

#### **3.4** System Architecture

Ultiland is designed around a three-dimensional stakeholder loop connecting creators, investors, and promoters—anchored by the tokenization of premium artistic assets. The system maps the entire journey from asset origination to market liquidity through the following roles:

Creators

Artists, studios, or IP holders can initiate asset tokenization via ARToken issuance, backed by real-world artworks or IP. Ultiland provides full-stack services: metadata recording, ownership verification, RWA evaluation, and on-chain issuance. Creators benefit not only from primary sales but also from long-term rights—including revenue share from trading fees, art dividends, and community governance. Creators serve as the cultural signal of the ecosystem, shaping collective DeART narratives.

Promoters

Participants who engage in spreading content, referrals, or community building are categorized as promoters. Ultiland enables on-chain referral mapping with commission mechanisms. This network is metaphorically called “The Lake of Inspiration”, where downstream participants’ daily output generates upstream feedback known as *“resonance ripples.”* Additional incentives include tiered leaderboards, dividend pools, and node airdrops to encourage organic growth of the RWA artist economy.

Participants

Participants engage with the Ultiland ecosystem by acquiring ARTokens through authorized offerings or by participating in platform-based activities. They may obtain miniARTX through staking, verified contribution, or completion of protocol-defined tasks. Within this structure, ARTX operates as a governance and utility token, while miniARTX functions as a record of user contribution that can be converted into ARTX according to governance-approved release schedules. This framework promotes transparent participation and measurable contribution across the ecosystem. Neither ARTX nor miniARTX grants ownership rights, dividends, or any entitlement to financial returns.Together, they drive a “mint–incentivize–unlock” functional cycle, reinforced by VMSAP mining, automated liquidity management, supply modulation parameter mechanisms, and circular incentive flows.

Ultiland is not merely a token launch platform—it is a decentralized art system where everyone can create, contribute, and participate and gain utility access.

#### **3.5** Auxiliary Services

Ultiland complements its core ecosystem with a suite of decentralized creative tools and market services:

* On-chain art auctions
* AI-powered asset evaluation
* Web3-native art creation tools
* Tokenized IP derivatives

These services complete the end-to-end commercial loop of RWA tokenization and enhance interaction between physical and digital assets. By lowering barriers to creation and transaction, Ultiland lays the foundation for a fertile Web3 art economy—where digital art gains utility, liquidity, and financial infrastructure.

# 4. Technology

Ultiland is committed to building a secure, scalable, and efficient Web3 infrastructure stack for the tokenization of premium art\&IP assets. Its technical architecture is structured around three core pillars: trustworthy ownership verification, efficient issuance, and seamless cross-chain interoperability.

#### **4.1 Asset Verification Layer: AI Appraisal + Proof of Reserve + RWA Oracle**

To establish reliable on-chain legitimacy for artistic and unique assets, Ultiland integrates a three-pronged asset verification framework:

* AI-Powered Asset Appraisal: Combines multimodal recognition (image + metadata + historical transaction patterns) with large model scoring systems to assess authenticity, liquidity potential, and marketability of artworks.
* Proof of Reserve (PoR): Distinct from exchange-style custodial reserves, Ultiland employs CID hashing and ZK-based cryptographic proofs to generate tamper-proof asset fingerprints and ownership structures, ensuring traceability and provenance for every tokenized item.
* RWA Oracle via Function Chain: A lightweight modular oracle layer that bridges asset metadata to on-chain logic. It provides timestamped validations and feeds verified data to EVM-compatible smart contracts—serving as a trustworthy middleware between real-world assets and blockchain programmability.

#### **4.2 Issuance Architecture: Modular Smart Contracts + Bonding Curve Logic**

Ultiland offers a fully modular issuance framework on EVM:

* Composable Smart Contract Modules: Support customizable rules for token issuance (whitelisting, tiered pricing, purchase limits, etc.), and provide open APIs & SDKs for third-party integrations.
* Art Curve Pricing Mechanism: An innovative function-based model for asset validation—tailored to reflect RWA benefit trajectories and growth potential.
* Plug-and-Play Extensibility: Natively supports hooks for Stake-to-Earn, Trade-to-Earn, and can easily integrate AI task-based incentives and creator mining protocols in future upgrades.

#### **4.3 Cross-Chain Compatibility and IProtocol**

IPFS + CID Standards: All metadata for on-chain assets is stored via IPFS, ensuring immutability and uniqueness through CID hashes.

IProtocol Layer: Serves as a programmable IP authorization and multi-chain registration layer. It enables:

Interoperability of IP registration across chains;

Programmable licensing, royalty distributions, and delegation rights;

Decentralized IP verification via ZK-proofs for persistent cross-chain authentication.

#### **4.4 Ordinals / BRC-20 Based On-Chain Verification**

To further decentralize and fortify ownership provenance, Ultiland integrates the Bitcoin-native Ordinals and BRC-20 protocols. This allows key metadata about artworks to be permanently inscribed on the Bitcoin blockchain—ensuring maximal immutability and historical verifiability.

By encapsulating creator IDs, IPFS hashes, off-chain proofs, and token contract addresses into Ordinals inscriptions and deploying them as BRC-20 inscription assets, Ultiland achieves a three-tiered verification structure:

* BTC Layer: Anchors asset provenance on Bitcoin via low-cost inscriptions that record critical metadata (IPFS CID, token contract, creator address, etc.) as immutable claims.
* RWA Oracle Layer: Function Chain modules serve as bridge and validation relays between Bitcoin inscriptions and EVM contracts.
* EVM Layer: Issues ARToken on Ultiland’s LaunchPad, enabling secondary market trading and liquidity provisioning for RWA assets.

This architecture completes the off-chain → on-chain → market-ready loop of asset tokenization. Compared to EVM-only declarations, the BRC-20 based provenance model is more suitable for master-level, irreplaceable assets such as fine art and IP-bound creations.

With this integration, Ultiland bridges Bitcoin’s immutable heritage with EVM’s liquidity potential—ensuring that inspiration can not only be expressed, but also be inscribed on-chain, permanently, verifiably, and without compromise.

#### **4.5 Data Infrastructure & Performance Optimization**

* Real-Time Data Layer: Built on MongoDB and Redis to provide low-latency data services;
* Asynchronous Event Processing: Utilizes Kafka or RabbitMQ to handle blockchain events and off-chain triggers reliably;
* Monitoring & Dashboards: Visualized dashboards provide real-time tracking of trades, wallet balances, NFT states, and system performance.

#### **4.6 Security and Compliance**

* Audited Smart Contracts: All contracts undergo rigorous external and community security audits;
* ZK-Based Asset Proofs: Ensure confidential and verifiable on-chain asset states;
* Privacy-First Architecture: Fully GDPR-compliant with end-to-end encryption and strict access control protocols. All security and audit measures are designed to ensure operational integrity and regulatory alignment.

#### **4.7 Technical Roadmap**

Looking ahead, Ultiland will introduce the following:

* Intent-Based Matching Layer: Participants define creative or trading intents, which are then matched and executed by the system—turning intentions into smart contract outcomes;
* Open SDKs and APIs: Enabling developers and creators to integrate issuance and tokenization workflows with minimal friction;
* Function-as-a-Service Modules: Transforming RWA issuance into composable microservices, available to third-party dApps and marketplaces.

Ultiland is not just a platform—it is a fully modular, deeply integrated technological stack that weaves together expression, provenance, and liquidity. It connects creative inspiration, economic incentive, and on-chain execution into a unified system for the future of cultural and financial capital.

# 5. Use Cases

Ultiland is built on the vision of “On-chain Real-World Assets and the Liberation of Creative Liquidaton.”

It establishes a comprehensive ecosystem that spans asset authentication, potential discovery, community incentives, and market liquidity — enabling creators, IP owners, investors, and market participants to engage through multiple, interoperable pathways.

Through its dual issuance models — ARToken and ARTmeme — Ultiland bridges the worlds of real-world assets and cultural creativity, creating a sustainable structure in the global art and creative economy.

#### 5.1 Asset Tokenization — Where Art Meets Finance

Ultiland enables the digital authentication and tokenization of high-end assets such as artworks, performances, and collectibles.

Using the SAE (Standardized Asset Evaluation) system, Proof of Reserve custody verification, and the RWA Oracle data bridge, Ultiland completes the full cycle from real-world appraisal to on-chain tradability.

Creators can generate ARToken as digital equity certificates representing ownership and revenue rights, while users participate through subscriptions that enable shared ownership and profit distribution.

Every underlying asset is stored via IPFS, generating a unique CID bound to its issuance contract — ensuring both provenance authentication and verifiable on-chain consensus.

Each listed asset carries verifiable valuation reports, custody certificates, and blockchain records, turning art from a static collectible into a transparent, shared, and financially-active asset.

#### 5.2 Multi-Modal Art Curve — The Engine of Tokenized Assets

Ultiland’s proprietary Art Curve serves as the core issuance mechanism.

It integrates a Weighted Constant-Product model (x·y=k) with behavioral triggers, designed specifically for rare and historically significant artworks and cultural RWA.

The model harmonizes DeFi-style liquidity with the organic consensus dynamics of the creative economy, enabling tokens to grow smoothly during the fundraising phase and stabilize post-launch.

Under this unified structure, Ultiland’s dual models operate in parallel:

ARToken follows a fixed-price offering representing authenticated asset rights,

while ARTmeme employs a bonding-auction curve to capture cultural resonance and community participation.

Together, they form the foundation of Ultiland’s issuance protocol — a system where creativity and finance interconnect, making every contribution part of the asset’s growth process.

#### 5.2.1 Two Core Issuance Models

To accommodate diverse asset types and creator needs, Ultiland provides two standardized issuance paths:

**ARToken Model**

Designed for authenticated, professionally appraised assets such as fine art, live events, and IP-backed projects.

Issuance follows a fixed-price subscription; all users participate at the same valuation.

Asset valuation is jointly determined by AI analysis and third-party experts, with proof anchored on-chain.

When fundraising reaches 100%, or when the issuer voluntarily ends the offering, the Muse Point is triggered — transferring asset ownership to custody and initiating on-chain revenue distribution.

All future revenues generated by the underlying asset are allocated, in accordance with smart-contract rules and under DAO supervision, to liquidity management and the protocol treasury. Depending on governance decisions, funds may also be directed to maintenance, audits, compliance, and creator/community programs. These allocations are operational and intended to ensure transparency, service continuity, and ecosystem integrity; they are not designed to target or affect secondary-market prices.

**ARTmeme Model**

Suited for independent creators, cultural projects, and community experiments.

Issuance follows a Bonding Auction curve where token development progressively, peaking at four times the initial stage.

Upon completion or Muse Point activation, the virtual tokens used for supply calibration are burned, finalizing true circulation.

All future revenues are programmatically allocated to liquidity management and protocol reserves to maintain stable market availability and long-term ecosystem functionality.

*\*The issuance mechanisms and models will be continuously upgraded and optimized based on actual operations and market demand, in order to achieve the most effective RWA pathway for artworks.*

#### 5.3 ARTmeme — Community-Driven Cultural Tokens

Ultiland empowers participants to express creativity through meme-style cultural tokens — turning humor, symbolism, and collective identity into tradable on-chain artworks & IP.

The ARTmeme model begins with consensus rather than capital: art economy arises from cultural participation.

Lightweight issuance tools, adaptive curves, and on-chain rankings give early projects immediate visibility and measurable performance.

Each ARTmeme can link to creator NFTs, community badges, or content submissions, forming a composite structure of Culture × Investment × Incentive.

The Art AI Agent further assists creators in visual generation, cover design, and iterative remixing, ensuring that cultural assets evolve and maintain vitality over time.

#### 5.4 Diverse Applications for Tokenized Assets

Issuance is only the starting point.

Ultiland encourages assets to circulate through a variety of on-chain applications, forming a dynamic loop between art and the market.

Available pathways include:

edition-based NFTs with built-in royalty mechanisms,

staking tools that yield miniARTX,

on-chain auctions and crowdfunding,

and AI-powered derivative generation that extends an artwork’s narrative and market lifespan.

Through these mechanisms, artists gain new channels of monetization, users participate in continuous ecosystem growth, and the overall ecosystem remains active and self-reinforcing.

Income generated by associated applications is programmatically allocated to liquidity maintenance, operating and security reserves, and creator/community rewards to sustain long-term ecosystem functionality and balanced liquidity availability. No allocation is designed to guarantee returns or price performance.

These allocations are operational in nature and not intended to affect token prices or constitute a promise of returns or profits.

#### 5.5 High-Value Art Issuance — Strategic Focus and Long-Term Vision

Ultiland positions culturally significant tokenization as a core pillar of its long-term strategy.

By integrating the Art Curve with SAE evaluation, Proof of Reserve, and RWA Oracle,

the platform establishes a full-cycle system that covers valuation → authentication → token minting → market circulation → on-chain revenue reinjection.

This structure reshapes the economics of art finance — lowering entry barriers, enhancing transparency, and enabling global participation with regulatory clarity.

Ultiland will continue to expand AI-based appraisal tools, global custody networks, edition-NFT frameworks, and cross-chain RWA protocols,creating a gateway to a new on-chain civilization where Art Equals Asset.a unique scalability path and community dynamic.

In this context, Art Curve is more than a pricing mechanism—it is an infrastructure layer that fuses on-chain attribution, behavior incentives, and long-term project sustainability into a single issuance fabric. Combined with Normal / Muse / CypherX modes, it defines a complete path from spark to sovereign benefits.

#### **5.6 ARTMeme and Community Culture Tokens**

Ultiland supports community-generated Meme tokens, enabling artistic expression, cultural storytelling, and social finance through lightweight issuance tools, dynamic pricing curves, and on-chain ranking systems.

Beyond basic trading, Meme Tokens can be linked to creator NFTs, community badges, and content submissions, forming a hybrid model of culture × investment × engagement.

The Art AI Agent further enhances Meme projects through generative visuals, cover art rendering, and token version fusion—amplifying narrative power and community resonance.

#### **5.7 Multi-Functional Utility for Art Assets**

Tokenization is only the beginning. Ultiland encourages the extended lifecycle and utility of each asset via:

* Replica Minting: Original assets can be reissued as licensed replica NFTs with programmable royalties;
* Staking Interfaces: Issuers and investors can stake ARTokens to gain access miniARTX or participate in governance;
* Auction & Crowdfunding Modules: Creators can launch permissionless auctions or pre-sale campaigns tied to early community support;
* AI Derivatives: Art AI Agent enables derivative generation, visual re-imagining, and community co-creation—enhancing market longevity.

#### **5.8 High-Value Art Issuance: Long-Term Platform Commitment**

Ultiland positions on-chain expression of master-level artworks as a strategic pillar.

Powered by Art Curve, SAE verification, and RWA Oracle bridges, the platform constructs a full lifecycle flow:

valuation → digital attestation → token minting → liquidity → dividend sharing.

This architecture fundamentally redefines the issuance and financing of fine art—unlocking new participation models and capital paths for creators, institutions, and IP holders.

Ultiland will continue expanding tooling for AI-powered appraisal, NFT-based replicas, global issuance, and DeArt-onboarding protocols—paving the way for the next digital art civilization where art is not only expressive, but capital-efficient.

# 6. Tokenomics

Ultiland’s token framework is designed with a utility-first, non-speculative orientation, focusing on practical usability and collaborative value within the ecosystem:

ARTX functions as the participation and coordination medium across the Ultiland ecosystem, serving as the unit for payment within Ultiland and DeArt services, as well as governance involvement.

miniARTX operates as an escrow-based incentive and accounting unit, linking user contribution, ecosystem access rights, and the conversion pathway toward ARTX.

Together, the two tokens form the system’s unit of account / settlement layer / incentive layer, providing a verifiable on-chain measurement foundation for creation, participation, and liquidity.

All issuance, release, and conversion mechanisms are operational arrangements and are not intended to influence market prices or create expectations of profit.

#### **Ultiland Tokenomics: Redefining the Operating System of Cultural Creation**

At Ultiland, we don’t treat Tokenomics as a mere distribution model or growth tool. Instead, we see it as the behavioral consensus operating system at the very foundation of the platform. It defines the tracks for RWA potential allocation, provides responsive feedback loops to market behaviors, and introduces a self-adjusting on-chain "economic climate system."

Ultiland's token economy revolves around two deeply interlinked core tokens:

* **ARTX**: **Premium Token** of the platform, carrying governance, utility, RWA potential anchoring, and circulation functions.
* **miniARTX**: **Escrowed Token** representing behavioral mapping and incentive accounting, convertible into ARTX. It is the core channel for incentive issuance, output measurement, and participation validation.

Ultiland’s tokenomics adopts a dual-layer design: (a) behavior-driven issuance of miniARTX, an incentive unit, and (b) utility-based release into ARTX for use within the protocol. Distribution reflects verified contribution and system participation. Parameters for issuance rates, release schedules, and acceleration options are set by governance and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time. Utility allocation is separated from secondary-market behavior.

#### **A Structural Break from Linear Token Models**

Where most Web3 projects still follow the "mine and dump" or "print and sell" linear distribution logic, Ultiland redefines the token economy from the ground up. The key innovation lies not in granular allocation percentages but in introducing a structurally distinct separation between behavior and creation — enabled through escrowed tokens and time-based release mechanisms. This creates a consensus path that is adjustable, demand-sensitive, market-disciplined, and ethically grounded.

Ultiland's token design solves three long-standing bottlenecks of traditional token models:

* **Immediate Liquidity = Immediate Dumping**: Through miniARTX's lock-and-release framework, participation realization is tied to behavioral commitment over time.
* **Non-measurable Contribution**: The "Inspiration Power" system quantifies creative and participatory behaviors (like trading, staking, content creation, etc.) into measurable inputs.
* **No Macroeconomic Awareness**: The VMSAP protocol (Variable Mining Supply Adjustment Protocol) modulates emissions weekly, akin to a central bank’s adaptive monetary policy.

#### **From Potential Unlock to Stability Support**

The release mechanism links token unlocking to measurable ecosystem activities such as staking, liquidity contribution, or service payments. Fees related to accelerated release are allocated to governance-controlled liquidity and treasury pools to maintain operational stability and risk buffers. These processes are operational in nature and shall not be construed as commitments to support token market balance.

We are not building another financial model. We are building a bridge: where creativity becomes financial energy, and consensus becomes market architecture. This is a redefinition of Tokenomics as a creative economy OS — a method, a mechanism, and a monetary philosophy for digital civilizations.

#### 6.1 ARTX: Sovereign Token and Market Anchor

ARTX is permanently capped in total supply, with all future issuance exclusively through miniARTX conversion. There is no minting, mining, or arbitrary production. It is a governance-bearing, supply-sovereign, and utility-integrated currency that only enters circulation through user participation and release.

#### 6.2 miniARTX: Behavioral Certificate & Incentive Container

miniARTX is not just a precursor to ARTX. It is the seed form of contribution. It is earned through staking, creation, curation, and network contribution.

This escrowed token acts as proof of action and creative intent. It represents not price, but motivation. Not market outcome, but consensus initiation. To those who understand Ultiland deeply, miniARTX is not "unreleased capital" but rather the system’s formal recognition of individual contribution.

With its a priori legitimacy, miniARTX holds unique structural benefit. Unlike ARTX, it exists to be proven, not consumed.

#### 6.3 The Issuance Structure

miniARTX is produced via two independent channels:

**Staking Pool**

Stake miniARTX to earn rewards through a time-lock + size-weight + duration-weight incentive model, encouraging long-term commitment and stable supply.

Holders can stake miniARTX into different yield-tier pools to earn additional miniARTX.

Total emission cap: 50,000,000 miniARTX. First-come, first-served until fully mined.

**Creating Pool**

Convert on-chain behaviors such as RWA asset issuance, ARTX trading, and ARToken subscription into Ins.Power (Inspiration Power). Daily emissions are distributed proportionally based on each participant’s share of total network Ins.Power.

Initial emission: 73,000,000 miniARTX; 80,000 miniARTX/day for miners, decreasing 2% per week until reaching 40,000/day, after which decay stops. Weekly actual output is dynamically adjusted by VMSAP (Variable Mining Supply Adjustment Protocol) based on the DEI (Dynamic Emission Index).

Unreleased portions are automatically burned by the smart contract, without any manual intervention.

This dual model ensures:

* Long-term support from stakers.
* Active participation from creators and community promoters.
* Balanced and sustainable token flow.

<table><thead><tr><th width="173.7265625">Source</th><th width="160.02734375">Amount</th><th width="123.5703125">%</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Staking Production</td><td>50,000,000</td><td>40.65%</td><td>Stake miniARTX and earn additional miniARTX based on different APY tiers</td></tr><tr><td>Creative Production</td><td>73,000,000</td><td>59.35%</td><td>Earn Ins.Power from creating, issuing, trading ARTX, and subscribing to RWA assets, and use it to claim a share of the daily miniARTX emissions</td></tr></tbody></table>

#### 6.4 The Release Mechanism

miniARTX can only become ARTX through controlled release:

* Default release: Linear unlocking over time 200 days.
* Acceleration: Hodlers may opt for accelerated release. 40% of the fee will be used to buy back and burn ARTX, and the remaining 60% will be paired equally to form ARTX/USDT LP, which will be locked in the liquidity pool.

This ties liquidity to market availability: the faster participants want to release token, the more they contribute to liquidity availability and stability.

#### 6.5 miniARTX Reflow Tax & Burn Mechanism

All transfers or attempted trading of miniARTX trigger built-in taxes 30%:

* 20% — allocated to ecosystem liquidity maintenance and treasury reserves
* 10% — permanently burned

#### 6.6 VMSAP Model: Adaptive Dynamic Emission System

Ultiland applies the VMSAP (Variable Mining Supply Adjustment Protocol, Volume-Market-Stake-Activity-Price) model to dynamically regulate the emission of 73 million ARTX creative output, synchronizing token issuance with real market behavior and forming a self-driven on-chain economic cycle.

**Five Core Indicators (21-Day Moving Average)**

| Indicator            | Definition                                   | Desired Trend    |
| -------------------- | -------------------------------------------- | ---------------- |
| V — Volume           | ARToken on-chain trading volume              | Higher is better |
| M — Market Sentiment | Market index (CMC100)                        | Higher is better |
| S — Stake Ratio | Staked supply relative to circulating supply | Higher is better |
| A — Activity         | Daily active interactive wallets             | Higher is better |
| P — Price Volatility | ARTX price volatility                        | Lower is better  |

All indicators are normalized into a 0-1 range and aggregated into the Dynamic Emission Index (DEI).

**DEI Calculation Formula**

$$
DEI = 0.25V′ + 0.15M′ + 0.25S′ + 0.20A′ - 0.15P′
$$

* Calculated once per week (end of week)
* Value range: 0–1
* Determines next week’s actual emission proportion and burn ratio

**Weekly Emission Adjustment**

| DEI Range | Actual Output (vs. scheduled emission) | Burn Ratio |
| --------- | -------------------------------------- | ---------- |
| 0.8 – 1.0 | 100%                                   | 0%         |
| 0.6 – 0.8 | 80%                                    | 20%        |
| 0.4 – 0.6 | 60%                                    | 40%        |
| 0.2 – 0.4 | 40%                                    | 60%        |
| 0 – 0.2   | 20%                                    | 80%        |

> Unreleased emission is automatically burned by contract execution — no manual intervention is possible.

**Base Emission + Dynamic Adjustment**

| Component              | Description                                                 |
| ---------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| Base decay model       | Weekly decay of 2%, decreasing from 80,000 → 40,000 per day |
| Dynamic scaling | Actual emission driven by DEI (20%–100%) |
| Autonomous burn | Unreleased supply permanently burned |
| Fully on-chain control | No administrative control; transparent and autonomous |

**Design Purpose**

* Increase output when the ecosystem is active and healthy
* Reduce and burn supply when market conditions weaken or volatility rises
* Maintain supply-demand equilibrium through autonomous response
* Establish stable long-term expectations and prevent spiral collapse

> VMSAP gives Ultiland the ability to operate like a decentralized central bank — a self-regulating, market-sensitive token economy.

#### 6.7 The Dual Loop Flywheel

Behavioral inputs form a six-stage cycle:

**Behavior → miniARTX → Release → ARTX → Acceleration → LP/Burn → Liquidity Stabilization**

* **miniARTX**: Drives internal mining, taxed & burned if moved.
* **ARTX**: The governance, utility, and market token of the ecosystem.

All flows — from acceleration fees to transaction taxes — recycle into the ARTX economy, strengthening its functionality.

#### 6.8 Multi-Role Game Theory

The Ultiland economy embeds three classes of participants:

* **Creators**: Contribute original content and launch assets.
* **Participants**: Stake capital, fund liquidity, and participate in governance.
* **Promoters**: Bring in new participants, amplify content, and earn referral rewards.

Each role is structurally mapped in the token system, with distinct participation pathways, locked incentives, and governance weights. This prevents any single actor from exploiting the system, creating a fair, multi-sided tokenization game.

#### Conclusion: **A DeArt Eco Operating System**

Ultiland is not just a token economy. It is a living, adaptive, structurally coherent operating system for cultural creation.

* Creativity becomes productivity
* Release defines liquidity
* Behavior manifests consensus

Our token design is not an inflationary faucet, nor a deflationary hope. It is a self-tuning engine calibrated to human action, market activity, and systemic health.

In an era where inspiration is infinite but economic structure is scarce, Ultiland offers a financial architecture where each creative spark is verifiable, each contribution is acknowledged, and every asset has a path to fair valuation.

This is not just a system to make tokens go up. It is a system to ensure ecosystem flow to where consensus resides.

#### **6.9 Compliance Statements**

**6.9.1 Market Neutrality & Conduct**

The protocol is market-neutral. Liquidity and treasury operations are conducted for service continuity, security, and risk management and are not intended to affect or target secondary-market prices. No statements in this paper shall be construed as promises of returns, profits, floors, or appreciation.

**6.9.2 No Ownership or Profit Rights**

ARTX and miniARTX provide access and governance functionality within the Ultiland ecosystem. They do not grant ownership interests, profit-sharing, dividends, or claims on assets of any entity.

Ultiland operates under a market-neutral framework, and all mechanisms described herein are designed for ecosystem functionality rather than speculative investment.

# 7. Governance

#### 7.1 Decentralized Governance Framework

Ultiland is committed to building an open and trustless governance architecture, free from centralized decision-making bottlenecks. Governance is anchored by ARTX, the platform’s sovereign token, which empowers every holder with proposal rights, voting power, and proportional influence over critical ecosystem affairs, including:

* Adjustments to token issuance and allocation policies;
* Modifications to incentive structures, release mechanisms, and acceleration parameters;
* Onboarding, incubation, and assessment frameworks for ecosystem projects;
* Redefinition of parameters within the Lake of Inspiration incentive network, including Power computation and reward-sharing ratios.

Ultiland is evolving toward a Stake-to-Vote governance model—where holding represents voice, and staking denotes the weight of consensus. In future iterations, governance eligibility will also factor in Inspiration Power, community contribution metrics, and platform roles—ushering in a new era of multi-dimensional democratic governance.

#### 7.2 Multi-Role Incentive & Collaboration Mechanism

Ultiland does not rely on short-term subsidies or superficial reward mechanisms. Instead, it embraces a sustainable, co-creative incentive system designed around long-term alignment and contribution circulation.

**Role-Based Resonance**

Every key ecosystem participant—creators, participants, and promoters—operates with a tailored entry path and incentive logic.

Rewards are not one-time drops or rebate handouts, but unfold through continuous emission, release, and recirculation mechanisms that reflect actual participation and ecosystem health.

**The Lake of Inspiration: Networked Collaboration Model**

Participants can establish their own Lake of Inspiration Networks—organic, evolving webs of contribution and referral relationships.

* Influence within these networks is quantified via Inspiration Power, derived from both individual activity and network-wide performance.
* Higher-tier lakes unlock proportionally higher connective layer, with rewards linked to authentic, verifiable actions rather than passive membership.
* So-called “Echo Rewards” are not extracted from downstream participants but are dynamically allocated by the system—diverting a share of global emissions to high-impact contributors who catalyze growth, cohesion, and cultural resonance across the network.

**Power-Driven Participation Logic**

All on-chain actions—be it creative mining, staking, referrals, or engagement—generate Inspiration Power. This power becomes the primary resource allocation signal across the entire platform.

In upcoming releases, governance weight, reward tiers, and strategic collaborations will all be tied to a participant’s Power profile, further decentralizing influence and rewarding aligned contributions.

At its core, Ultiland views its referral and collaboration systems not as marketing tactics, but as mechanisms for distributed consensus expansion.

By participating in the Lake of Inspiration, participants become both transmitters of utility and ignition points for incentive resonance, co-creating a Web3-native cultural ecosystem where every individual can initiate, co-build, and benefit.

#### 7.3 Asset Authenticity Verification

To ensure the legitimacy and provenance of all tokenized assets, Ultiland employs a multi-layered verification protocol through the SAE (Special Asset Entity) framework. Assets undergo a Proof of Reserve validation process, enhanced by on-chain CID hashing and ZK-proof-based attestations, ensuring a tamper-proof, transparent registry of origin.

#### 7.4 Regulatory Compliance and AML

Ultiland maintains strict adherence to global compliance standards by implementing a robust KYC/AML infrastructure. Partnering with leading identity verification providers, the platform ensures that both participants and asset sources are authenticated—laying the groundwork for a globally trusted on-chain RWA network.

#### 7.5 IP Protection & Creator Rights

IProtocol serves as Ultiland’s decentralized infrastructure layer for intellectual property rights. It enables creators to:

* Mint on-chain copyright certificates;
* Configure programmable royalties and revenue splits;
* Define licensing rules and cross-chain authorization logic.

Through IProtocol, creators gain full control over the rights, monetization, and distribution of their works—preserving both ownership integrity and Web3-native liquidity.

#### 7.6 Smart Contract Security

All smart contracts deployed on Ultiland undergo comprehensive third-party audits to ensure security and integrity. The platform also maintains a community-driven bug bounty program and continuous vulnerability monitoring system—safeguarding the protocol against manipulation, exploits, and systemic risk.

# 9. Conclusion

Ultiland is not merely a platform—it is a reconstitution of cultural fabric in the age of decentralized civilization.

Anchored by the ethos of “From Every Land to Ultiland,” the project responds to a shared global call: the right to own one’s inspiration. It forges a new, fluid continent of creativity between real-world assets and on-chain spirit, where cultural creation meets programmable consensus.

This continent inherits every leap of human expression—from cave paintings to pixels, from chants to smart contracts. We build with RWA as the bones, Meme as the membrane, and creativity as the heartbeat, constructing a Web3-native infrastructure for the art-finance era at the intersection of technology and emotion.

Ultiland is endowing global artistic IP with liquidity and soul.

We believe creative works should not vanish into the dust of history—they deserve to be inscribed in the ledger of the times. Inspiration must carry its own identity, its own measurable identity, and its own destiny. It is no longer a fleeting shimmer of feeling; it is the genesis of creativity, a productive force within society.

In Ultiland, every piece is not only visible—but measurable. Every act of creation is not merely expression—but creative energy. Every spark of resonance is a release of energy across nodes in a decentralized network.

Ultiland is not a fleeting experiment. It is a rewriting of inspiration’s mechanism, a redrawing of the boundaries of what qualifies as an asset. It is a long-term cultural architecture for creator-led civilizations.

Thus, this is a call.

To creators, developers, collectors, institutions, investors, and artistic pioneers—you are not just users. You are heirs to the Muses, co-builders of this Inspiration Lake.

We believe a day will come when all inspiration and contribution, from every land, will be on-chain: verified, connected, rooted, and flourishing—on Ultiland.

And that moment, has already begun—between you and us.

You represent and warrant that you own Your Content or have the rights to grant the licenses in these Terms, and that our use of Your Content as licensed herein will not violate, misappropriate, or infringe any third-party rights.

## 7. Proprietary Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Site and Services, including any content, technology, and software, are owned by Ultiland, its affiliates, or its licensors. ## 8. Third-Party Services

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party services (collectively, "Third-Party Services"), such as crypto wallets or blockchain networks, which are not controlled by Ultiland. Ultiland is not responsible for the availability, content, products, or services of any Third-Party Services. Ultiland disclaims all liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of or reliance on any Third-Party Services.

## 9. Modification, Suspension, and Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, modify, suspend, or disable the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. The provisions of Sections 7 through 15 will survive any termination of your access to the Site or Services.

## 10. Assumption of Risks

10.1 By using the Ultiland platform or interacting with its services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, cryptographic systems, and digital assets. This includes understanding the complexities and risks related to native digital assets like Ether (ETH) and the associated tokens on blockchain networks. Ultiland does not control or own the underlying software that governs these blockchain networks, which are generally open source and subject to change. You agree that Ultiland is not responsible for the operation, security, or availability of these networks, which may be affected by events such as "forks" that can alter the rules and potentially disrupt the services. The responsibility for securing your private keys lies solely with you. Loss of access to these keys can result in the permanent and irreversible loss of your digital assets, with no possibility of recovery.

10.2 Your use of the services may be affected by regulatory actions or inquiries, which could limit Ultiland’s ability to offer its platform and services, and thereby restrict your access or usage.

10.3 You recognize that advancements in cryptography, such as the development of quantum computing, may pose risks to digital assets and blockchain networks, potentially leading to the loss or theft of your assets. While Ultiland intends to update its software to mitigate these risks, there are no guarantees of full security.

10.4 You understand that blockchain technology, including networks like Ethereum, is still evolving. This creates inherent technological and security risks, including the variability and potential increase in transaction costs, which can impact your use of the services.

10.5 The services provided by Ultiland are subject to potential flaws, and you are solely responsible for assessing any code or functionality offered through the platform. Ultiland’s provision of information does not imply an ongoing obligation to notify you of all potential risks.

10.6 While Ultiland strives to provide accurate and timely information, there may be inaccuracies or errors in the data presented. You should independently verify all information before making any decisions based on it, as you bear full responsibility for your actions. Pricing and other information may vary and might not reflect actual market conditions.

10.7 Using Ultiland’s services, particularly for digital asset transactions, involves substantial financial risk. Digital assets and decentralized protocols are highly experimental, volatile, and transactions are irreversible. You should carefully assess whether these services are suitable for you given your financial situation. By using the platform, you affirm that you possess the necessary knowledge and experience to understand and manage these risks.

10.8 Ultiland complies with applicable laws, which may require it to take certain actions or provide information to government agencies without prior notice to you, potentially not in your best interest.

10.9 The platform is under ongoing development, which may result in technical and operational risks, such as delays in transactions or incorrect information display due to server issues. These risks could materially affect your transactions, including potentially preventing you from completing transactions at your desired terms.

10.10 By using Ultiland, you assume all risks outlined in this section and agree that Ultiland is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from these risks. You irrevocably waive any claims against Ultiland, its affiliates, and associated parties for any issues arising from these risks.

## 11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ultiland, its affiliates, and its and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ULTILAND IS NOT REGISTERED OR LICENSED BY ANY FINANCIAL REGULATORY AUTHORITY, INCLUDING THE SEC, CFTC, OR ANY OTHER SUCH ENTITY.

ULTILAND DOES NOT OWN OR CONTROL THE UNDERLYING SOFTWARE PROTOCOLS USED IN CONNECTION WITH BLOCKCHAINS SUCH AS ETHEREUM. DECENTRALIZED PROTOCOLS ARE GENERALLY OPEN SOURCE, ALLOWING ANYONE TO USE, COPY, MODIFY, AND DISTRIBUTE THEM. ULTILAND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE FUNCTIONALITY, SECURITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THESE DECENTRALIZED PROTOCOLS AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OPERATION.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY ULTILAND (INCLUDING ANY CONTENT OR FUNCTIONALITY) ARE OFFERED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ULTILAND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE, ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, OR GUARANTEES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, SECURITY, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME, NOR DO WE GUARANTEE THAT ANY ERRORS CAN OR WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ULTILAND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM SUCH EVENTS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NOT APPLY IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS WHERE SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW.

## 13. Limitation of Liability

Ultiland's liability to you arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or the Services is limited to the lesser of $50 or the total fees paid by you to Ultiland under these Terms in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Ultiland is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

## 14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

### 14.1 PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE CERTAIN DISPUTES AND CLAIMS WITH ULITILAND AND LIMITS YOUR ABILITY TO SEEK RELIEF FROM ULITILAND.&#x20;

This Section 14 (the "Arbitration Provision") applies to and governs any dispute, controversy, or claim between you and us that arises out of or relates to, directly or indirectly: (a) these Terms, including their formation, existence, breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, validity, and enforceability; (b) your access to or use of the Site or the Services; (c) any transactions conducted through, by, or using the Site or the Services; or (d) any other aspect of your relationship or interactions with us as a visitor to or user of the Site or Services (each, a "Claim," and collectively, "Claims"). This Arbitration Provision applies to all Claims, whether they arose or were asserted before or after your acceptance of these Terms. Both you and Ultiland agree that any dispute related to these Terms, the Site, or the Services will be resolved solely on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Provision, overriding any state laws to the contrary.

### 14.2 Right to Opt-Out.&#x20;

You have the right to opt out of this Arbitration Provision by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to <legal@ultiland.io> within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your full legal name, address, and a clear statement of your intention to opt out of this Arbitration Provision. Opting out of this Arbitration Provision does not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms, including the choice of law and forum for resolving disputes that are not subject to arbitration.

### 14.3 Dispute Resolution Process.&#x20;

If you have a Claim, you agree to first contact us at <legal@ultiland.io> and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If we are unable to resolve the Claim within sixty (60) days, both parties agree to resolve it exclusively through binding arbitration conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of JAMS, except as otherwise provided herein. The arbitration will take place in New York City, New York, and will be conducted in English. Any judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party is responsible for its own attorney's fees and costs, and the prevailing party is not entitled to reimbursement of those fees and costs through arbitration.

### 14.4 Class Action / Jury Trial Waiver.&#x20;

WHETHER YOU USE THE SITE FOR PERSONAL, COMMERCIAL, OR OTHER PURPOSES, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, INCLUDING CLASS ARBITRATION. YOU ALSO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE YOUR CLAIMS WITH THOSE OF ANY OTHER PERSON WITHOUT ULITILAND'S CONSENT.

### 14.5 Equitable Relief.&#x20;

Nothing in this Arbitration Provision shall prevent us from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of law to protect our data security, confidential information, or intellectual property rights. Similarly, you may bring qualifying claims in small claims court, provided they are pursued on an individual basis and remain in that court.

### 14.6 Severability.&#x20;

If any part of this Section 14 is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be severed from these Terms, and the remainder of the Arbitration Provision will continue to apply. If any Claims must proceed on a class, collective, or representative basis, they must be litigated in a civil court of competent jurisdiction rather than in arbitration, and such litigation will be stayed pending the resolution of individual Claims in arbitration. If any part of this Section 14 is found to restrict an individual’s ability to seek public injunctive relief, that specific provision will have no effect to the extent that relief is allowed to be sought outside of arbitration, while the remainder of this Section 14 remains enforceable.

### 15.7 Governing Law

These Terms, along with any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, the Site, or the Services, will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. However, the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16) (“FAA”) will specifically govern the interpretation and enforcement of the Arbitration Provision, overriding any conflicting state laws or laws of other jurisdictions to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded from these Terms. We retain the right to initiate legal proceedings concerning the enforcement or validity of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, including seeking provisional relief to prevent irreparable harm, in any court of competent jurisdiction. For all other legal proceedings not subject to arbitration under these Terms, the courts located in the state of Connecticut will have exclusive jurisdiction. You waive any objections to the venue in these courts and agree that the state of Connecticut is the proper and exclusive forum for any appeals related to arbitration awards or for any trial court proceedings if the Arbitration Provision is found unenforceable.

### 15.8 Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

### 15.9 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ultiland regarding the use of the Site and Services, superseding any prior agreements.

### 15.10 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms are not intended to confer any benefits on any third parties, except for the indemnified parties.

### 15.11 Interpretation

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other agreement you may have with us, these Terms will control unless the other agreement specifically states otherwise.

## *Part II: Product-Specific Terms*

***

## 1. Terms of Service for Real Asset Issuance

Ultiland provides real asset issuance services, enabling users to tokenize real-world assets on the blockchain, such as artworks, real estate, or collectibles. These assets can be represented by a custom token ("$ARToken"), which can be associated with the ownership of the physical asset or merely represent its value. Token issuance is conducted through a decentralized LaunchPad, utilizing a Sigmoid Bonding Curve model to ensure dynamic and fair pricing.

### 1.1 Relevant Requirements

To use the real asset issuance service, users must comply with the Privacy Policy and Content Policy, and ensure that the tokenized assets meet applicable legal and regulatory standards. Additionally, users should adhere to commonly accepted ethical guidelines and avoid any actions that may cause controversy or damage the platform's reputation. In special circumstances, users must also undergo the platform's KYC verification to ensure the legality of their identity and the compliance of the asset's source.

### 1.2 Token Creation and Smart Contracts

Once the $ARToken is created through the Ultiland platform, the associated smart contracts are immutable and managed by blockchain protocols. These smart contracts are designed to be tamper-proof and may undergo comprehensive audits by third-party auditing firms to ensure security and compliance.

### 1.3 Risks and Responsibilities

Users acknowledge the inherent risks of tokenizing real-world assets, including market volatility and potential significant price fluctuations. Ultiland is not responsible for any losses arising from these risks. Users also agree not to engage in fraudulent activities or violate any applicable laws while using the service.

### 1.4 Fee Structure

Ultiland charges transaction fees for the issuance and trading of the $ARToken on its platform. The fee structure is transparent and may be changed at Ultiland's discretion. Users are responsible for any additional blockchain transaction costs (e.g., gas fees).

### 1.5 Risk Management

In the process of participating in the issuance and trading of the $ARToken, governance token $ARTX will be generated and used, which plays a core role in risk management within the system. By incentivizing participants to engage in actions such as staking, governance voting, and providing liquidity, it ensures the security and stability of the platform. The platform will manage systemic risks in a reasonable, compliant, open, and fair manner, while ensuring its decentralized governance, to enhance user trust and safeguard the long-term healthy development of the ecosystem.

### 1.6 **Subscription Period**

The maximum subscription period for ARToken is 90 days, with the following key milestones:

* During the subscription period, if the total amount raised reaches 100% of the fundraising target, or the issuer manually triggers the "Muse Point", the project is deemed successfully subscribed and proceeds to the next phase. The offline transfer process of the underlying asset is simultaneously initiated.

## 2. Special Asset Entity Agreement Terms

The Special Asset Entity (SAE) of Ultiland is responsible for verifying and managing certain tokenized assets on the platform. This entity ensures that all assets comply with the legal and financial requirements for tokenization.

### 2.1 Asset Assessment and Verification

SAE conducts a comprehensive assessment of all assets to be tokenized, including legal, financial, and market evaluations. This process aims to ensure the accuracy of asset valuation and prevent fraudulent activities.

### 2.2 Custody and Compliance

SAE also provides custody services for tokenized assets, ensuring that these assets are securely managed and that all rights are respected. These services are crucial for maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations, especially regarding asset ownership and transfer.

### 2.3 Transparency and Reporting

SAE maintains transparent records of all asset evaluations and transactions, which are stored on the blockchain for auditing purposes. These records are accessible to relevant parties, providing assurance of platform integrity and asset security.

## 3. Wallet Connection and Third-Party Services

3.1 To use the various products on the Ultiland platform, you may be required to connect an eligible crypto wallet and provide certain information through functionality offered by a Third-Party Service, which may involve registering, accessing, downloading, or installing additional software.

3.2 If you connect an eligible crypto wallet or otherwise connect to the Ultiland platform’s products through a Third-Party Service, you grant us and third parties (such as validator addresses and other service providers that support the functionality of the Ultiland platform) permission to access and use your information from that Third-Party Service as permitted by that service, and, if necessary, to store and use your credentials for that Third-Party Service.

2\. By logging into an account, checking the box, clicking to confirm, submitting issuance materials, continuing the issuance process or using platform services, the issuer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Rules. This online version does not require a separate offline signature, but is binding as platform rules.

3\. If a project is also subject to issuance documents, project pages, supplemental announcements, on-chain rules, separate agreements or written arrangements confirmed by Ultiland, the issuer shall comply with them as well. In case of conflict, the stricter provision or the provision more protective of users and platform risk controls shall prevail.

1\. The issuer confirms that its identity, authorized representative, beneficial owners, controllers, contact details, payment information, tax and compliance information are true, accurate and complete, and shall provide or update identity, authorization, title, source-of-funds, source-of-revenue, sanctions screening and other due diligence materials as required by Ultiland.

3\. The issuer shall not impersonate another person or misuse another person’s account, brand, authorization, asset, revenue right or commercial relationship, and shall not conceal co-owners, co-ownership arrangements, authorization term, territorial restrictions, revenue sharing obligations, pledge/transfer/license history, historical liabilities, platform suspension risks, contractual restrictions, disputes or other material matters.

#### Issuance Materials, Revenue Model and True Disclosure

1\. Issuance materials submitted by the issuer shall be true, accurate, complete and verifiable, and shall not contain false, misleading or materially omitted information, exaggerated revenue, hidden risks, forged screenshots, forged contracts, forged authorization, forged income, forged follower/traffic/playback data or other content that may mislead users, the platform, partners or regulators.

2\. The issuer shall truthfully disclose the nature of the asset/right, chain of title, authorization scope, commercialization method, revenue source, revenue model, revenue sharing ratio, settlement cycle, deductions, historical revenue, historical liabilities, third-party platform rules, impact of non-public contracts, revenue return scope and other matters that may affect project value or revenue return.

3\. Any statement about valuation, historical income, future plans, revenue return, buyback, burn, liquidity or secondary-market arrangements shall not be presented as fixed income, principal protection, price support, investment advice, regulatory approval or guaranteed return.

#### Non-Infringement and Third-Party Rights

1\. The issuer confirms that the issued subject matter, issuance materials and their issuance, display, promotion, licensing, commercialization, on-chain representation and revenue return arrangement do not infringe any copyright, trademark right, patent right, publicity right, name right, voice right, privacy right, reputation right, trade secret, contractual right, revenue right, data right or other lawful right of any third party.

2\. If the issued subject matter involves co-creators, artists, MCNs, agencies, copyright owners, brands, platforms, agents, distributors, partners or other third parties, the issuer shall have obtained authorization sufficient to cover issuance, display, commercialization and revenue return, and shall disclose relevant restrictions to Ultiland.

3\. If any complaint, takedown, suspension, authorization withdrawal, copyright dispute, revenue clawback, third-party claim, regulatory inquiry or other abnormal event occurs, the issuer shall promptly notify Ultiland and, as required, provide supplemental evidence, suspend issuance, amend disclosures, indemnify losses or cooperate with remediation.

#### Revenue Return Scope and Calculation Basis

1\. Where the project rules, issuance documents, project page or supplemental confirmation provide for revenue return, the issuer shall return the income, net income, revenue share, licensing revenue, platform settlement income, commercial cooperation income or other agreed revenue included within the return scope to the designated on-chain path.

2\. The issuer shall clearly disclose the calculation basis for returned revenue, including gross revenue, net revenue, permitted deductions, taxes, payment channel fees, third-party shares, agency fees, audit/compliance fees, refunds, chargebacks, clawbacks, platform penalties and other factors that may affect the return amount. Any deduction not clearly disclosed and confirmed by Ultiland shall not reduce the amount to be returned.

3\. The issuer shall not evade, reduce, delay or conceal agreed revenue return through affiliates, backup accounts, private settlement, cash receipt, delayed recognition, split contracts, changed payors, changed settlement paths or other methods.

#### Revenue Return Address and On-Chain Payment Obligation

1\. Ultiland may display the project’s on-chain revenue return address, chain, token type, return cycle, minimum confirmations and evidence requirements in the issuance process, project page, issuer back-end, project rules or supplemental confirmation. The issuer shall actively view, identify, verify and confirm such information. The issuer may not deny its address-confirmation and return obligations on the ground that it did not notice, read or view the page or back-end information.

2\. Before submitting or confirming an issuance or making a revenue return, if the issuer cannot identify, confirm or understand the on-chain revenue return address, chain, token type or return rules, it shall stop the subsequent operation and request confirmation from Ultiland. Before confirmation, it shall not make payments, change addresses or direct users or partners to use any other address.

3\. Each project may be bound to a unique on-chain revenue return address or a set of addresses expressly confirmed by Ultiland. Without Ultiland’s confirmation, the issuer shall not replace, substitute, hide, mix, publish or direct the use of any other revenue return address.

4\. After completing a return, the issuer shall submit transaction hash, amount, chain, token type, time, corresponding off-chain revenue source, settlement statement, back-end screenshots, contracts, invoices, bank statements, payment vouchers, tax evidence or other verifiable evidence as required by the platform.

5\. Losses, delays or unrecoverable transfers caused by the issuer’s use of a wrong address, wrong chain, wrong token, wrong network, wrong contract or wrong amount, or by third-party payment, conversion, clawback, tax, gas, network congestion, smart-contract limitation, on-chain finality or service-provider failure, shall be borne by the issuer or allocated under the applicable rules. Ultiland does not guarantee that any on-chain transaction can be reversed, recovered or corrected.

#### Platform Role, Disclaimer and Remedies

1\. Ultiland acts as a provider of issuance, display, technical interface, information disclosure, project page, risk control and related infrastructure services, and does not guarantee the issuer’s title, authorization, actual revenue, continuous operation, revenue return capability, token price, secondary-market liquidity, trading depth, exit outcome or any project monetization result.

2\. False disclosure, infringement, unlawful conduct, revenue withholding, refusal to return revenue, misappropriation of funds, wrong address, wrong chain, wrong token, improper marketing or other breach by the issuer shall be the issuer’s independent responsibility and shall not constitute any guarantee, joint debt, agency liability, partnership liability, fiduciary investment duty or joint and several liability of Ultiland.

3\. Ultiland may, based on compliance, sanctions, KYC/AML, tax, data protection, user protection, technical security, platform risk control, third-party complaints, court orders or regulatory requirements, require supplemental materials, restrict services, suspend issuance, mark risk, delist projects, freeze related operations, preserve evidence, notify relevant parties, assist investigations or take other reasonable measures.

4\. The issuer shall indemnify and hold Ultiland harmless from losses, costs, user claims, third-party claims, regulatory cooperation costs, legal fees, audit fees, recovery costs and reputational damage arising from the issuer’s false disclosure, infringement, unlawful conduct, revenue withholding, refusal to return revenue, wrong address, wrong chain, wrong token, improper marketing or other breach.

#### Global Compliance, Restricted Jurisdictions and Continuing Obligations

1\. The issuer is responsible for confirming the legality of its issuance, marketing, user access, revenue return, stablecoin transfer, fiat conversion, tax withholding, data processing, financial promotion, white paper/disclosure documents, reporting and other obligations in each relevant jurisdiction. Ultiland’s acceptance of project submission or display does not confirm that the project is lawful, approved or unregulated in any jurisdiction.

2\. If any country or region requires registration, approval, licensing, white paper notification, financial promotion approval, KYC/AML, sanctions screening, investor suitability, cooling-off period, tax withholding, data compliance or other prior procedures, the issuer shall not open issuance, promotion, subscription, trading support, return or settlement to relevant users before such procedures are completed.

3\. The issuer’s obligations regarding true disclosure, non-infringement, revenue return, evidence, indemnity, compliance, tax, data, dispute cooperation and platform liability boundaries shall continue to apply to the necessary extent after project delisting, issuance completion, account closure, service suspension or termination of cooperation.
