特设总额 5,000,000 枚 ARTX 的社区激励池（Community Reward Pool），
向所有完成首轮 ARToken 认购的用户开放空投与抽奖权益，

#### 一、参与资格｜Eligibility
* **参与条件：**在 Ultiland 首轮认购并持有 **≥1000 枚 EMQL** 的钱包地址（以链上快照为准）；
* **抽奖次数：**
每个合格钱包 1 次抽奖机会；
* **DC 专属奖励：**\
\- 符合条件者将自动获得：\
1、100 枚 ARTX + Genesis SBT（Discord 专属身份凭证）；\
2、可进入 Ultiland Discord 「VIP Investor」 频道，获得专属身份标识与优先治理投票权；\
\
\- SBT 为非转让身份凭证，用于验证投资者在 Ultiland 生态中的 Genesis 地位。

同步公示；
2. 所有奖励将以 **主网 ARTX** 形式，由用户自主领取至钱包；
3. 若出现重复中奖情况，将自动取最高奖项。

* 若检测到异常参与（如批量地址、脚本交易），平台有权取消资格；
