Ultiland provides on-chain issuance services for Real-World Assets (RWAs), allowing artists and Web3 enthusiasts to tokenize real-world assets represented by artworks into customized tokens called $ARToken (generic name, customizable). Meme enthusiasts are also welcome—since Meme itself is an expression of performance art. $ARToken can either represent ownership rights or simply reflect asset value. This meme-inspired RWA minting model addresses the speculative bubbles and liquidity issues common in NFTs, freeing real-world assets and artworks from being mere abstract financial tools. By enhancing asset liquidity and market engagement, it introduces diverse and innovative investment possibilities. Additionally, $ARToken incorporates Stake & Trade-to-Earn mechanisms.

Regarding issuance, Ultiland starts with a Bonding Curve model and will continually innovate new, trend-aligned issuance mechanisms.

Art AI Agent

Art AI Agent injects creativity into AI by merging tokens with artistic works, overcoming the traditional liquidity barriers of Memecoins, enhancing market value, and humanizing AI with WORLD LOVE. Key features of Art AI Agent include the automatic generation and proliferation of tokens, breaking through the isolation of traditional Meme tokens, driving token lifecycles, and integrating artworks with tokens. Users can opt into fusion mechanisms, automatically pairing market cap with artworks to boost token performance. Each time a token surges on DEX, the AI merges isolated low-market-cap memes, integrating their value and artworks to create new tokens or artworks. Users can choose AI-generated artworks or upload their own for AI-driven secondary creation. Furthermore, Art AI Agent provides financial services via DeFAI and facilitates trading through AI Chat Trading.

Smart contracts seamlessly integrate multi-chain ecosystems like Bitcoin and Ethereum, driving real-world asset digitization and empowering creators and investors. LendingPool

Ultiland offers an on-chain lending protocol for Real-World Assets (RWAs), allowing users to collateralize physical assets assessed by SAE to obtain cryptocurrency loans. The process utilizes smart contracts to guarantee transparency, fairness, and security.

• On-chain Credit: Borrowers build credit scores on the platform, accessing loans with higher LTV and lower interest rates.

• Risk Management: Investors select risk and reward levels through a tiered A/B Share subscription system, tailoring risk exposure, returns, and token rewards.

• Reward Mechanisms: Borrowers who pay higher interest and lenders who accept slightly lower returns accumulate on-chain credit and receive token incentives.

SAE and RWA Oracle

• SAE (Special Asset Entity) provides transparent and impartial asset appraisal, ensuring true valuation on-chain, preventing manipulation and informational asymmetry. Custody isolation mechanisms separate assets from individual accounts, reducing risks of misuse or loss, thereby enhancing investor confidence. SAE-assessed and custodied assets have all information (ownership, valuation, legal documents, etc.) stored immutably on-chain, ensuring transparency and legal compliance.
