RWA Lending

Ultiland offers an on-chain lending protocol for real-world assets (RWAs), allowing users to obtain cryptocurrency loans by collateralizing real-world assets after SAE evaluation. Smart contracts ensure transparency, fairness, and security.

Web3ers can build on-chain credit for better LTV and interest rates. Investors can choose a tiered system with A and B Shares to allocate risk and returns, achieving different risk, return, and token rewards. The protocol also uses a "Reduce Interest to Earn" model for token generation.
